EcoStyler vs Edge Control for Slick Edges

Nothing completes a Naturalistas hair style without a completed slick look of our baby hairs laid to the gods! Except it has been a known problem on what products slicks our hairs down the best.

After using both EcoStyler and Perfect Edges on my hair I found the one that works best for me. If you are indeed a Naturalista than you would know that during hot weather our hair automatically sweats out. With that being said I have found out that Perfect Edges has not been so perfect for slicking down my edges. Perfect Edges by Creme of Nature is not a bad product. I just don’t think it is the best product for a thick 4c hair Naturalista as myself or my daughters. The heat tends to sweat it out rather quickly, not only that but it leaves a white residue after it has been dried out. Which no one wants, if it causes it to make your hair look dirty. Now as far as EcoStyler goes I have found this to be my go to product, the Blue one to be exact which is acquired for extreme hold. It leaves my edges laid all day. Unlike the Perfect Edges when it dries up it does not flake or leave white residue on your hair. It is also a better alternative for your hair rather than using other gels like ProAm or other brands. It is also used to help keep the hair healthy all while giving you a sleek hold! Lets not forget about how you can use each different gel by the EcoStyler brand for different usages. You can use it for different reasons as far as maintaining health, protective styles etc. Eco for the win!
