THIS IS URGENT, PLEASE HELP

My cat Jojo been having a tough time lately, he’s been limping and he mood has gotten worse and worse and his pain more and more severe as he growls and hisses when he even moves himself. I took him to the vet today, assuming the worse that could happen is that he broke a bone being a rowdy boy that he is and it healed wrong right? Boy was I so wrong because it turns out he has a bone eating disease. Which isn’t common by any means, and SPECIFICALLY only occurs in young male cats who have been neutered and its not genetic at all, pretty fucked up that my cat pulled the short end of the stick on this one am I right? 

So my options are this, Pull $2300 dollars out my big ol’ tuckus, which will removed the bone his body is eating, leaving it to scar over and act as a new functioning place holder for his leg, leaving him able to walk and generally fine. Or his bone deteriorates, causing him great pain, and eventually losing use of his leg, which the strain on his body will at a high risk have him develop arthritis which will only cause him more pain. As of right now I have him on painkillers, and without the surgery he can he on them long term, big problem with that is it’s about $60 for only a weeks worth of medication which he needs just to be comfortable through the day. 

In the long run the surgery is cheaper and he’ll have a better quality of life overall, but the surgery has a big time limit. Its pretty much useless once the bone is completely gone, and we don’t know how fast the disease will finish the rest of the bone, so the sooner the better. Based on the x-rays, 2 months is probably the longest he can go before its probably too late. So I’m sitting here writing this, crying because my sweet son who means the whole world to me is in pain and I can’t stop it or help him outside of getting him the care he needs, at a cost I can’t imagine paying. I’m not asking for a miracle, I’m not expecting my whole bill to be paid no questions asked, but I am begging for any help at all to help lessen the fee at all. 

TLDR: my cat needs this surgery in order for him to keep his leg and not live in terrible pain every single day. the surgery will be cheaper in the long run but we have only 2 months at the most before it is useless.

I set up a gofundme and any help at all is so appreciated. I don’t know what else to do.

Please Please if you can’t personally help, please, please at least pass it on so anyone in the position and will to help can.

You can’t say brain bc those r proven to be genderless.

You can’t say chromosomes because some people are born with xy, xx, xxyy, xxy. Some cis women have xy some cis men have xx.

The only thing that defines gender is the individual person. Biology isn’t black and white, stop using it to excuse your transphobic behaviour.
