Realms 9 is a writing RPG with DND elements, the story line is based on events and large scale events that last a single month and can tie over into sub arches or resurface in the future. This RPG/DND story line takes elements from Marvel and else where for some of it’s contents.

All realms have mini gates and one large gate connecting them that are all hidden across the realms much like a tree. Midgard has no clue about these other realms except for Asgard. Technology is modern day on Earth however technology advances are different on each realm.

Long ago there was a treaty of peace between all of the Realms it called for all to be able to have access and travel with ease. It called for trade for things each realm would need this treaty lasted for years until The Elves found themselves in a racial war that forced many to take sides. This great war tore the treaty apart causing people to loose interest in the gates. As time went on the gates fell heavily unused and hidden a cross Midgard.

Each realm began to fear the small gates hiding them in their realms only keeping the main gate active finding it easier to keep focus on in terms of possible future attacks. With the gates well forgotten none of the realms have thought about traveling out into the unknown except a select brave few.
