I had no idea there was so much love for me and journey. I made it 15 days. Then I got the fuck its. It’s so easy to relapse when no one is around to hold me accountable. I’ll try again tomorrow.

Today’s really hard. My therapist made me face my addictions and my diagnoses and it hit me hard. I’m going to see a substance abuse counselor.
