On this one chilly morning in February, we were awakened to thunderous downpours here in not so sunny San Diego! What a blessing to have a day like today. Sushi-making class!
We at the Garrett Cafe & Retreat love to experiment making new recipes and this week we tried sushi! This dish featured tempura shrimp and vegetables! It took three clean hands to do this. One did the tempura, one did the rice and the other did the wrapping!
