Oh! Good question!! It's so funny that you asked this now because someone else literally just asked me about this!

So a bit of a funny story about Anakin's scar... Initially, I was going to have Anakin get his scar from his first bar fight but then I kinda decided I didn't want to do that. So now I imagine him having his scar before he met Obi-Wan.

Part of me wishes I addressed head on and part of me thinks that it's kind of cool that Anakin has a visual scar that really visualizes how hard his life has been and it's there and he has learned to live with it (ish)
