Okey I'm gonna give my side of the discourse, mainly because I've been thinking about it a lot

This all started because of a cultural shock, and also because of misinformation and just straight up harrasment

I am latino, so I will be biased. Here in latinoamerica the N word does not hold the same weight as it does everywhere else, and most of us where introduced to the word via music and general US rap culture. I at least thought it was closer to the Weon equivalent when I was little, from before I even learned to speak english. Now I know that it might be closer to the "Sudaca" slur (which even then, is a regional slur, not a racial one)

And besides, Roier and Cellbit where minors when all this happened (literally Roier is only 2 years older than me). And as someone who lived around that era on latino internet, shit was wild. It was not a safe space for developing minds that do not understand the weight of racism (especially if you are lightskinned, my god, idk how my mulato friends tolerated me, I was a demon and I got away with everything while they got scorted by security for doing the same thing)

But once again, our racial biases and cultures are different from the US. So once this two mixed, it was obvious it wasn't gonna be all smooth sailing. Especially because our humor tends to be a lot more.. self degrading, like we make fun of our culture all the time. So no matter your skin color, you are used to make and being made fun of for it. I had a friend we called el gringo because he looked so white, la chochos (the curly haired one) because of her afro hair; calling someone "negra/negro" is a friendly nickname for your black friends (only in spanish please dont try this anywhere else-); and my nickname was morocha (yes even though I am still very lightskinned). It's not great, but it is normalized.

And blackface is horrible, that's just fucked up. But ignoring the fact that this happened when Cellbit was a 15 y/o is just denying someone the opportunity to grow up and better themselfs. And also, I find it very weird that all this critique is mainly against the latinoamerican streamers when many white creators have done horrible things in their youth also, yet I have not seen the same amount of criticism. Like have you seen the Smosh videos from the same era? A hella lot of sexism, transphobia and ableism is in there. But they are also allowed to grow and change, and they have better themselfs as people. One of the best things you can do when growing up in a bigoted space is to learn from your mistakes and prejudice.

WITH ALL OF THIS SAID OH MY GOD STOP HARRASING BLACK PEOPLE FOR THEIR GENUINE CONCERN ABOUT GIVING BIGOTED CREATORS A PLATAFORM. THEY ALSO DONT HAVE ALL OF THIS BACKGROUND WITH THE LATINO COMMUNITY AND GOT JUMPSCARED WITH A 15 Y/O BLACKFACE CELLBIT AND BITS OF ROIER SAYING THE N WORD NONCHALANTLY, OF COURSE THEY ARE GONNA BE CONCERNED

I have been in the same position, having seeing all of this 2015-2017 racist ass humor about latinos on many of the content creators I just got around watching. They are allowed to be uncomfortable and even worried about the kind of people they admire. So PLEASE, be patient, and be aware that when you try to justify racist actions of a creator via "oh gringo black people are so sensitive about latino dark humor" that speaks more about you than about the creator.

I genuinely believe that Roier and Cellbit are not bad people and that they grew out of those bigoted mentalities (lord knows I had to grew out of some disgusting eras of myself). But I will not blame NOR ATTACK black people for fearing the type of content creators that are given the opportunity to be this influential.

Okey I just saw a theory on the "qsmp Jaiden" tag about Jaiden being a rogue experiment from the federation and that's why Cucurucho called her "Blue Bird" cause that's what her code name was and I'm sorry but I'm adding this to my Filosophy

I don't think this will be canon, but if it was THINK OF THE IMPLICATIONS

Jaiden, the rogue experiment from the federation. Cucurucho, the loyal servant of this one.

Even if Jaiden's memories were erased, she still kept that spirit of freedom that allowed her to escape the first time from the building. And even if she is a bit scared of Cucurucho, and feels like a fool putting trust in him, she still chooses to trust him. Stil believes that Cucurucho, like any other servant, can be free and kind like her.

Cucurucho, the entity nobody knows but everybody hates, may be even the one that was in charge to not let her go, But now keeps an steady eye on her, doing the job he was told to do. But maybe, JUST MAYBE, Cucurucho will help her regain her memories. Asking her once more if she remembers who she one was, and help her take down the federation..

Or she turns evil that also works :D

(I am not the one who came up with this theory, I reblogged the person that said it. I'm basically just adding my own thoughts as to what would that mean for the characters)

Ok but on a real note jaiden def escaped the federation and got her memories erased. Like the blue bird nickname is so similar to like an experiment name . Cucuruchos favoritism? Trying to win her back over! They lost her and they are STEPS away from having her back. But they know shes too cared about and loved by the islanders to be too drastic.

Cause why would cucurucho need this information from Jaiden? They all sound like stuff the federation probably already knew about the players

Is this the Cucurucho unlikely ally arc I've been waiting for? Have my angsty headcanons come true?

Okey I'm back here! First of all: that was the greatest stealth mission ever, dumber by the minute and no braincells allowed.

Second of all: my guess for the 8 frozen cubes is that it will actually be a mix of 2 theories:

1) there will be new english and spanish streamers. But only 2 of each

2) the rest will be the german group, and probably that could mean a new egg UNLESS they already lost their egg in the past..

As for what that means in the lore context I have no idea my brain is mush

But also.. we don't know if this is a mission from the federation..

Like yeah, Jaiden's mission is, she is basically a federation agent at this point. But Cellbit's doesn’t seem like the usual federation stuff..

From what we've seen most of the federation missions are given directly via Cucurucho and only Cucurucho.

But Cellbit's stuff? It's all too hidden, too many things that only Cellbit could find in order to even receive the message.

I will not be suggesting YET that this might be the act of a pre-memory erasure Cellbit hiding messages for himself CAUSE I NEED MORE PROOF-

Either way, this is probably an external party's doing. And I don't think Cellbit will be helping Jaiden..

Like many have said before: Jaiden and Cellbit probably will have to fight against eachother (maybe that's why the federation put Jaiden trought a training arc). And probably only one of them will win.

If I had to throw a random character arc out of my head as a first thought: I would say that Jaiden will find the federation laboratory, she will see there are more eggs there. And maybe to fullfill her "protect the eggs" mission she might have to sacrifice Richas, as some sort of sick "twisting the genie wish" trope. While Cellbit might destroy the laboratory, with every egg that's in there and maybe stopping the attatchment cicle thar every group on the island has gone through

I gotta say, I love how Roier and Cellbit just allow themselves to speak on their native languages instead of english.

Idk it's something I've been noticing and is just, so nice? english is not my first language and even though I'm fluent, its very nice to just. hear the stream and not have to think a lot about what Roier is trying to say when he tries to speak on english but cannot compute the words and comes out weird (cause bitch I've been there in the "I swear I'm so much smarter in spanish I'm not dumb I swear" situation)

Eso, its really nice to see it and hear it
