(We’re still here, we just haven’t gotten very many new asks, and V is still a bit too busy to work on very many art requests. Currently undergoing a short hiatus

(Seeing as finals are coming up, and mein leben is currently taking a short break after being up to her neck in non-tumblr requests, we will be starting a short 1-3 week long hiatus. We will still be able to answer questions [albeit at a much slower pace] but art, and the comic will need to be delayed until finals are over. Women were in the WW2 and you can’t convince me other wise! 😤

(Women were indeed in world war 2, although not as present as modern video games would leave you to believe.  In the allies, for example, the soviet union had the night witches and multiple female snipers within the Soviet army.  As well as this, The 93rd Searchlight Regiment, Multiple resistances across Europe, and the British SOE also included females within their ranks.  For the axis, the league of German girls was, of course, made entirely out of women in Germany. The German auxiliary units of the Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine and nursing services also had numerous females within them.  Even the volkssturm saw a few females join their ranks.  But up until the end of the war, they were extremely rare, if not impossible to find directly fighting on the front lines. -Mr. E)
