Quarantine Dish #1 Pasta!
When you think of pasta you think creamy, cheesy, carby goodness. You also think of rich sauces. It sounds like a hassle to make any kind of pasta but what if i told you that there is a recipe that utilises 10 or less ingredients! And it tastes a-ma-zing! You can use any type of pasta as well, Spaghetti, Macaroni, Rigatoni, the list just keeps on going. It is very basic and the ingredients are everyday fridge items. It’s also fun to cook!
Ingredients:
Choice of Pasta (Any amount you wish to cook)
Garlic ( A lot of garlic, sliced thin or diced, depends on your preference)
Tomatoes (Diced into relatively small pieces)
Parsley (Roughly chopped)
Basil (Roughly Chopped)
Lemon (Juiced prior to cooking, according to taste)
Salt
Pepper
Chili Flakes
Olive Oil (Use generous amounts as it binds the pasta together)
Cheese
Procedure:
Step One. Prep your ingredients.
Strep 2. Make the sauce. Preheat the pan and when hot enough add the oil. Throw in garlic and cook until you see caramelisation. Add in tomatoes and chilli flakes and let it cook down for a bit. If it looks a little dry add olive oil. Once everything is cooking down add in herbs, a dash of oil and lemon juice. Leave that to cook down on a low heat.
Step 3. Cook the Pasta, boil some water in a pot, when boiling add in a pinch of salt, Pasta and oil to keep them from sticking. Boil until the pasta has your desired consistency.
Step 4. Throw it all together, add in the pasta to the sauce and mix it around so it is all even. You can now serve into a bowl.
Step 5. Season with cheese! You can’t have pasta with no cheese. Put some shredded parmesan or any desired cheese as you see fit.
Step 6. Enjoy!
That is as simple as it gets but it really is a delicious Pasta! It’s an easy, fun and delicious food that really takes no time at all. Here is a photo of when my mother and i made this exact recipe.

Quarantine
I’m sure by now everyone is feeling antsy for some good food while stuck in quarantine. While sitting around contemplating what to do, my mum and i decided we wanted some good food while we are staying inside. Even at home we can still have simple, healthy, delicious food. Not all good food has to be complex. I’ll be posting all the home cooked deliciousness that my mum and I cook during the quarantine. I want to show you all that during this quarantine home cooking will be the best activity ever and how fun it is to experiment!

The Dough-licious "Doughbox"
I'm back to tell you about another place i went to called Doughbox. If you walk past you can smell wonders of sweet sugary crepes, waffles and ice-cream.
The presentation is cool because it has AWESOME 50S STUFF!!! like old records and quirky quotes and everything is 50s. It's so hard to choose what to order and all the staff is dressed in 50s style. You can also hear 50s music.
There's no table service so you have to order at the counter. On the menu there is a selection of sweet or savoury crepes which you can get in a cone or on a plate. All the tables are full and it is really popular.
There is a window so you can see what and how they make the desserts, don't worry they use gloves so no germs spread. When leaving you can catch a smoky smell but it's worth it.
In conclusion i would rate it 10 out of 10 for kid friendliness and i would definitely go back to eat more yummy desserts! See you next time bye bye.

The Buzzing "Buzz Bar Diner" - Enmore
Hi this is my first post I hope you enjoy. First I will speak about the service. The waiters and/or waitresses are pretty nice, they're polite and also ask if you want a drink. The table setting is good, as they're set so there is a lot of plate space. The waiters are like speed writers - fast! and they can explain dishes if you need them to.
Their decorations are cool, they put up origami, artefacts and photos. There is a vase where you can put your umbrella when it is raining. They also have a nice view outside of trees with flowers. It's also cool because there is a window looking into the kitchen so you can see the cooks  cooking . They've got some tables with a sofa as the chairs so that you can eat in comfort.
On their menu, they have standard cafe food like mango frappes, nachos and more. I had nachos they were crunchy and cheesy which made them sticky and stretchy. They were a bit spicy, avacadoy, meaty and i think it had cucumber. I also had a mango frappe which was more like a mango juice. They didn't put enough ice to make it very frappey. If they added more ice it would be better.
In conclusion I would rate it a 6 out of 10. I would go back there as it's pretty kid friendly so I would recommend it for family eat outs. That's all for now!
