Hello Mr. Neil Gaiman, I would have a specifical question about good omens. Did you plan for the series\Book to convey some kind of message? Like: Be youself? Or somthing else? I hope you can answer this question and have a good day :)

If there's a single message I'd like people to take away from Good Omens it's from Adam:

″‘I don’t see what’s so triffic about creating people as people and then gettin’ upset ‘cos they act like people,’ said Adam severely. ‘Anyway, if you stopped tellin’ people it’s all sorted out after they’re dead, they might try sorting it all out while they’re alive.‘”

But it's a lot bigger than a single message, and there are so many things Terry and I had to say.

writing fanfiction is just. i’m being so creative and original. i’m plagiarizing everyone by accident. i’m a genius. i’m cringe. i’m too angsty. i’m too cheesy. this is not in character. it doesn’t matter that it’s not in character because these are my characters now. i love my hobby. this is the worst possible use of my time. i’m seeking validation. i’m projecting my own personal problems onto this story and i’m barely hiding it. i know so many words and i’m using all of them wrong. im on tumblr posting about it instead of writing it.

When I started writing Growing Pains, it was my secret personal hope that the story might one day inspire someone to try therapy for themselves. I never expected it to happen, in all honesty.

Today, a reader reached out to tell me that the way I’ve written Crowley’s experience in therapy has given them the push they needed to seek professional help for their own healing. Which is incredible, truly, and I couldn’t be more pleased for them.

Not all therapists are created equal, and not all healing journeys are, either. In my humble opinion, though, it’s usually worth a go.

Anyway: thank you for being here, friends. And thanks for feeling big feelings about things I write, and thanks for telling me about them. My door (and ask box) is always open. Xx

At the gate for my flight home from visiting friends and there's a woman here with a service Shiba Inu. No pics because he has a Do Not Disturb vest and taking pics of strangers is illegal but I need to stress how ON DUTY this animal is. Ears up. Eyes doing Lazer scans of everything. Examining everyone who passes within 10ft like a security guard. Ass planted on her feet. I have never seen a dog with such intense chivalric guardian energy before. He has tiny eyebrows and they are FURROWED with concentration.
