Each day’s theme is represented by paired words, either or both of which you can use as inspiration in creating your works for that day:

Roseali Week Day 1: So close yet so far

Based on an idol AU idea I had that goes like this.  Sorey and Alisha are classmates with a reputation for being nerds, and are out of the loop about what’s popular, except that Sorey is obsessed with a certain white-haired pop star.  He just knows that Alisha would love him too if she gave his music a chance, and invites her to a music festival to show her.  However, Alisha ends up falling in love with one of the other performers, Rose, instead, and falls headfirst into the dangerous world of fandom…

Sorry to be so late.  I just wanted to draw Rose in an idol outfit but the drawing just kept escalating lol (left is her Idolmaster DLC outfit and the middle/right are from TOLink/Asteria)

Technically, it can be considered a poem, but I wrote it so someone can add music and sing to it as well(please someone do it :D). It combines prompts from all the days as I felt that fit really well, so please enjoy it :D

For the “side by side” prompt for Rosali week, yet another experiment with photoshop. I always did think Alisha fit the alt color scheme of Rose’s outfit really really well, so it was pretty fun to fiddle with this.

RoseAlisha Week 2018: Day 1

RoseAlisha Weekend 2018

Day 1: „So close, so far“

A/N: A story written for the RoseAlisha Weekend 2018, following the alternative prompt “So close, so far”. This is the first chapter of a story spanning over all three (maybe even four?) days, going with the various prompts to follow. All I will say here is that it was immense fun and a pleasure to write and I hope you will enjoy reading it as much. It´s an AU story. As for the content, the story shall speak for itself. Enjoy and have a great RoseAlisha Week 2018! ^-^

                                                -Chapter 1-

Rose was sitting behind the counter, drumming her fingers on the polished wood. She´s been doing this for longer than she cared to admit and didn´t know what annoyed her more: the fact that she was merely sitting around doing nothing, or that she actually could be doing something but delliberately chose not to. She let a sigh escape her lips, her fingers falling onto the counter again and again still. The Sparrowfeathers Tailer Shop was in good business and of good reputation, they had no shortage of orders and request and as a matter of fact, Felice and Talfryn were currently out working on a piece together, Rosh had a meeting with a client and Eguille was about doing whatever he had to do.

Rose made a sour face at that. It wasn´t like she didn´t know what Eguille was up to at this very moment but the red haired, young woman very much wished he wasn´t.

A good clientel and reputation were key for a successfull business. But so were skill and professionalism. Rose had no doubt whatsoever that everyone of the Sparrowfeathers had both of it in spades but they couldn´t simply kick back and rely on what lourels they had to keep the shop afloat. So they had to keep on constantly improving, possibly builing an even bigger stock of clients. And to further that, there were several ways to go about it.

And Eguille was currently busy readying their shop for one of them. A contest.

The matter was simple, really. The older man had approached her a few days ago and told her about a fashion fair in which a contest was to be held as well. It was of little surprise to her that the location for the fair was a place pretty close to their shop– a lot of other tailor and fashion oriented establishments had set up shop in the very same street as them. Apparently whoever sponsored the contest had chosen the place with this in mind, which was practial. So Eguille proposed she enter the contest as the participant for the Sparrowfeathers.

Seeing as Rose had just completed her last order and wasn´t working on anything new at the moment– and boredom was her deadly enemy– she immediately accepted.

At the End of Everything

Summary: It was one thing to be in love with the Princess Knight of Hyland; quite another thing to consider an actual future together.  Rating: idk man but it’s totally sfw Day/Prompt: Day 3/Promise+Side By Side  

I saw the two prompts and wanted to write a thing but it became a thing I really struggled writing ;v; Anyway, I hope you enjoy it! 

Good things, Rose learnt long ago, never lasted. Not for people like her. 

She was always on the move; never an anchor to hold her in place. Her days rolled by- some sunny, some rainy. There were wars, and long stretches of peace. She had long ago accepted that it was simply the way of the world, and it was better- easier- to roll with the punches; to treasure the good and learn from the bad. Happiness came in brief spurts- tangible and warm when it was there- but eventually it would fade, and the cycle would begin anew. She wasn’t one to cling too tight to the past, willing to live entirely in the present.

At least, until she fell in love with Alisha Diphda. 

It wasn’t as if she was looking to fall in love- far from it. Her way of life as an assassin and a merchant, her duty as the Shepherd… It would have been difficult for her to manage any semblance of a romantic relationship, let alone one with the Princess Knight of Hyland, with all the baggage and difficulty that entailed.
