Dealing with a lot right now. Sometimes it would feel nice to just disappear. Or completely leave and start a new life across the world. In a dark, dark, hole today. Living in silence with mental hell. Not trying to stress anyone out too much. Hopefully I can overcome this.

The the last couple weeks have been soo-soo. Up & downs. Extremely anxious right now and my chest is hurting. Eating too much fast food and having foo many energy drinks along with pre workout and soda…..need to make a drastic change

Just spent the last 10 days in my fathers native country Switzerland. It was an amazing time. Of course the last night I had to get into a fight with my dad and my brothers got on his side. Focusing on my self this week has been difficult. Trying to be true with myself and discover my bisexual ways. But it’s extremely difficult. It’s hard to find any kind of “real” person on these apps they’re all either creeps or escorts 😞. But I’m getting there. Baby steps

First day on my single journey of self discovery and love. I’ve been thinking a lot today. I’ve been drinking energy drinks again which sucks, so I’m going to stop that. Cut back on eating so much to lose some weight and maybe try to say more positive things about myself. We can all achieve our ideal selfs❤️

Mental health really is no joke. One day you can be amazing and the next you can be miserable. Went out with my GF last night and had a panic attack and had it ruin the whole night. I have a lot I need to focus on and I need to learn to love myself before I can love others. Need a break so she can be happy and no sucked into my black hole of mental health. I will best this eventually
