I lvoe that classic troupe where one flees, only to come back after being crushed by the guilt he didn't know he could feel (i love angst - feel free to ignore this lmao i'm just dumping my brainworms!)

I honestly don’t have anything like that planned at the moment, but that’s mostly because I don’t have a proper outline on how I want this au to go. I also extremely adore that trope as well however! /gen

The lighting is shoddy at best, but I figured I should share what I got done thus far. Been slowly working on a princess peach cosplay! Started it last year and only got this much done. I have so many layers I still need to make.

In past the ending where Kickin finally reaches outside I can’t stop thinking about idea that he ends up living with Player at their place and becoming their roommate (because let’s be honest there’s no where else he can really go).

Gosh you are so right! Not just Kickin, but also the other surviving toys wouldn’t really have anywhere else to go in the scenario. In a positive outcome I can definitely see that! But the player would more than likely move in order to take account of everyone and their sizes sooooo!

POV the player ends up buying farmland in a forest in the middle of nowhere so all the toys could live with them without worrying about getting caught.

Have you ever wanted to draw something but you fought due to your skill level at the time you decide not to do it

I would be lying if I said that never happened, however despite that I still attempted to draw it out anyways. Normally nowadays, even if I think I don’t have enough skills for it I’ll still make an attempt. I’ll start drawing but end up not finishing the artwork. At least I can have the practice and attempt of trying to draw the something! I might not be good at it at the time, yet it could be motivation to try it again later down the line when I do feel like I have enough skills to attempt it again.

Especially with my bad memory, due to the remnant of the attempt of said drawing I can be like “oh yeah! That’s a thing I tried, maybe I could give it a go again and see if I can do it better now.”

This is especially true with me and comics as-well as wanting to open a store where I could sell stationery related objects that I designed. I don’t believe I have the skills to do them. I gave up on the whole store hijinks at the moment, but I still made notes and some really bad doodles for it if I ever wanted to go back to it one day when I have more confidence in the subject matter.

It sucks, but I also keep in mind that art of any kind is a trial and error ordeal. It’s a learning skill that you can only get better at if you keep doing it. Hence why I still try to do it even if I know for a fact it’s not going to end up how I envision it in my head. If I hit a wall or end up frustrated with my final product. At least I can say that I tried and that I could have learned something from it. Use the experience for any future projects.

I know I have more than these that I gave up on due to my lack of skill, but I’m still proud of them despite that. I know for a fact that I did learn something from all of my “failed” projects! Like my fnaf designs and mini comics, The few pieces I color, ect! I suppose it’s all in the manner of perspective.

I’m unsure if this helps at all or if this was an answer you where expecting, but this is what I have and still do when I feel like I don’t have enough art skills.

You don't have to follow up this ask with a doodle if you don't want to, but anyways! Seems like Kickin is more sat in completing his own goals and not exactly caring for the player(at a point thats not emotionally but more like "i gotta keep you alive so you can help me" kind of way), but is there any moment where he just realizes like "oh shit I may have gotten attached" or something?

There is no set time where Kickin realizes he is attached, but his concern for the player does become genuine at some point! [depending if its a good ending-] wither that be from his own thoughts or through proxy of all the mini critters that tend to hang around him is up to debate.

Has Dogday ever broken up a fight between Kickin and Catnap successfully?

He actually has! Before the hour of joy it was a lot easier, especially since back then they weren’t trying to kill each other. Now to the present, it does take quite a bit of effort now. It’s not always successful! However, they back down when Dogday is obviously mad. Despite all the years they are not use to it. It unsettling.

I love how Kickin doesn't want to ask their name because he doesn't want to get attached but in the best ending, I can't imagine he doesn't get attached, since they get all the survivors out of the factory and prove they're a good person who won't hurt them.

In the best ending, Kickin definitely does get attached to where he sees them as a genuine friend! Now that all of them are free he doesn’t have to keep his walls up especially since, like you said, the player did prove that they aren’t going to harm any of them. Unfortunately that means the player has to deal with his true personality now. The teasing will be relentless /j
