43. Chilling Retribution

The episode begins with Skull Fortress at midnight. The full moon is high above the fortress. Inside the fortress, we go through dark and somewhat hellish highways. When are then shown the door to a room. Inside the room, it is revealed to be a rather familiar one. It is the room that Mega Man was once in. It is the room where robots are scrapped via a descending ceiling with blades. Ice Man is in the position where Mega Man was. In the same situation, too. He looks up at the blades coming down onto him. He looks back at Dr. Wily and his robots. Air Man is laughing evilly at the sight before him and his robotic comrades. Cut Man is making a cut throat gesture. Guts Man is just staring. Dr. Wily comes up to Ice Man. He says to him "So, do you regret your actions yet?" Ice Man stares at Dr. Wily and then shows anger in his spectacle-like eyes. He says to the mad robot scientist "Not...really!" Dr. Wily groans angrily. He goes back over to the computer that controls the machine. Air Man and the other robots stay beind. The blades get closer. Ice Man begins to panic. He closes his eyes, anticipating his demise. Then suddenly, the blades stop descending. Ice Man opens his eyes. He looks up at the blades. He then looks at Dr. Wily and the robot masters. He sees that Dr. Wily is trying to figure out what caused the blades to stop working. Some of the robot masters try to help him. Ice Man shoots some Ice Slashers at his restraints. They freeze and crumble apart. Ice Man breaks out of the restraints. He sneaks past Dr. Wily and the robot masters. Cut Man hears Ice Mab sneaking past them and turns around to see Ice Man heading for the door. Cut Man shouts out "Hey! Where you do think you're going!?" Dr. Wily and the rest of the robot masters turn around. Dr. Wily yells out "How did you get out of your restraints!?" Ice Man doesn't respond and exits the room. Dr. Wily commands his robot masters "Destroy him!" The robot masters go after the ice robot master. Ice man runs through the fortress, looking for an exit. He hears some voices and looks back to see the robot masters pursuing him. Ice Man fires an Ice Slasher at the floor. The weapon makes the metallic floor slick and icy. Cut Man and Guts Man slip and fall down. Air Man manages to avoid slipping. He fires his Air Shooter at Ice Man. Several small tornadoes near the ice robot master. Ice Man avoids two of them. The remaining three tornadoes toss him around. He falls down onto the floor with a metallic thud. Air Man walks up to him. He laughs evilly and says "You really blew your escape attempt! I'm taking you back to the chopper room! You better not resist again!" Ice Man manages to get back up. Air Man picks him up. Ice Man shoots out freezing energy from one of his hands and freezes Air Man's head. Air Man drops Ice Man and falls down onto his back. Guts Man and Cut Man have managed to get back up, but Guts Man slips again and falls onto Cut Man, crushing him as a result. Ice Man thinks that his escape is possible now, but Proto Man jumps over the fallen robot masters and fires a few blue plasma shots at the escaping robot master. Ice Man manages to dodge the shots. Proto Man yells out to him "Try dodging this, Ice Brain!" The evil robot charges up his plasma cannon. Ice Man turns around and fires an Ice Slasher at Proto Man's plasma cannon. The Ice Slasher freezes his arm cannon. Proto Man cannot stop his arm cannon from charging. His arm cannon explodes. He gets knocked out in the process. Ice Man is please that Proto Man has been defeated. He runs away deep within the corridors of the fortress. On the screen, Dr. Wily sees that Ice Man has defeated his robots. He pulls on his hair in anger. He yells out "When I get my hands on him, he's going to be crushed into very tiny pieces!" Meanwhile, mega Man, Roll, and Rush are back at the high school. The principal congratulates them and the three formerly troubled students. She tells Mega Man "You've really turned them around!" Bobby tells the principal "I kicked a tire at that big air head and knocked him on his feet!" Ramone corrects him by saying "Bobby! It was my idea to use a tire, you know!" Janet comments "And I supported the tire!" Thre three teens begin to argue with each other. Mega Man facepalms and sighs. He goes over to the teens and tells them "It was all of your ideas! What you did there was teamwork!" The principal agrees "Yes! You three really helped Mega Man out there!" Mega Man thanks the teenagers and shakes each of their hands. He tells them "Okay, we have to go now. Promise use that you'll continue to stay on the right path." Bobby tells Mega Man "Don't worry, Mega Man, we will!" Mega Man and Roll wave goodbye to them. Rush waves goodbye also. All three of them exit the high school. Roll tells Mega Man "Well, that went better than I thought!" Mega Man tells her "Yeah, I thought they were going to be a lot harder to handle than Wily's scum bots!" Roll tells her brother "I sure fells great helping out humans as well as robots!" Mega Man gets a call on his arm cannon. He answers the call. It's Dr. Light. Mega Man asks his creator "Do you have some more troubled teens for us to help?" Dr. Light replies "Not this time." Mega Man asks "So what is it this time?" The robot scientist tells Mega Man "I'm getting police reports of Ice Man going around the Rocky Mountain area in the Skullker." Mega Man asks "Ice Man? But didn't we just ice him and his cronies a short time ago?" Dr. Light responds "yes, but for some reason he's out again..." Mega Man looks at Roll. He asks Dr. Light "How did he manage to get out again?!" Dr. Light says "I'm not quite sure..." Mega Man tells him "You want me to go over there and ice him again?" Dr. Light replies "Yes. Dr. Wily might be causing trouble again". Mega Man hangs up the call. He tells Roll and Rush "Board the car! We're heading for the Rockies!" All three of them get into the red car. Mega Man switches the car to its flying mode. The car takes off and flies away. In the Rocky Mountains, Ice Man is flying around in the Skullker. He is looking down at the cities below him. As he goes further away from the cities, a big blue building catches his eye. He brings the Skullker closer to it. He sees scientists going in and out of the building. They are carrying animals encased in ice. Ice Man lands the Skullker on top of the building. He gets out. He freezes the top of the building in order to break into it. The Skullker proves to be too heavy for the ceiling and the Skullker and Ice falls through the top of the building. They end up landing in the storage area of the building. Ice Man gets up. He looks around for a minute. He is astonised to see that he has ended up in the storage freezer of the building. Extinct and prehistoric mammals are frozen and encased in blocks of ice. This gives Ice Man an idea. He goes back into the Skullker. Elsewhere in the laboratory, scientists are running to the security room. One of the scientists runs up to the security guard and tells him that Dr. Wily has broken into the research laboratory. One of the security guards turns a screen on. He sees the Skullker, but Ice Man appears to be the only one in it. The security guard turns to the head of security and says "Looks like he's on a solo mission." The head of security tells him "Let's all give him a cold welcome!" The security guards and the head of security run right out of the security room. Meanwhile, Ice Man is thrawing out the frozen mammals. He crosses his arms and gloats "The Ice Age is going to make a triumphant return! With me as the Ice King! Ha ha ha ha!" He hears some people going into the storage room. The security guards run into the room. They aim their guns at the ice robot master. They yell out "Stop or we'll shoot!" Ice Man yells at them "I won't stop! I'll never stop! I'll only stop when the whole land is encased in ice and snow!" He fires an Ice Slasher at them. The Ice Slasher first freezes and then slices through their guns. One of the security guards says to Ice Man "Now you've done it!" He calls up the police bots on his smartphone. He tells them "We've got some intruders!" He then hangs up the smartphone. He tells the ice robot master "Get ready to get arrested!" Ice Man raises his eyebrow at the head of security. The police bots soon arrive and aim their rifles at Ice Man. They all tell Ice Man "You're under arrest, come with us peacefully or we will shoot!" Ice Man snaps his fingers. The police bots see this as resistance. They are about to fire their rifles at Ice Man. Suddenly, a saber-toothed tiger lunges at the police bots. The prehistoric tigers tears the police bots limb by limb. The smilodons then focus their attention of the security guards. The security guards quickly runs out of the storage room. Ice Man comes over and pets the two saber-toothed tigers on their heads. He tells them "Now let's ressurect the rest of your friends and conquer this mountain range!" Ice Man returns to reviving the rest of the prehistoric animals. Elsewhere, Mega Man and his allies are flying over a city. Roll asks Mega Man "Mega, what city is this?" Mega Man checks the car's screen. On the car's screen is a map. The map shows that they are flying over Denver. Mega Man looks at Roll and tells her "We're right over Denver." Roll groans in disappointment and says "Ohhh..I thought we were over Aspen." Mega Man tells his sister "We're not here to do some skiing, Roll, we're here to stop whatever Wily has in store for this part of the country!" They then hear a beastly roar. Roll says to Mega Man "What was that!?" They hear the ferocious roar again. Roll says "It sure wasn't a bear!" Mega Man presses a button on the car's control panel. The screen shows the streets down below. A woolly rhinoceros is walking down one of the streets. Roll says to Mega Man "Is that a...woolly rhinoceros?" Mega Man responds "I think so. It looks too real to be some sort of costume..." Roll asks her brother "Aren't woolly rhinoceroses supposed to be extinct?" Mega Man answers "They should be. Clearly Wily's unleasing some sort of crazy experiment on Denver..." Mega Man calls up Dr. Light on the screen. Dr. Light comes up on the screen. He asks Mega Man "Any updates?" Mega Man replies "Yes. There are prehistoric mammals running through the streets of Denver like they own the place!" Dr. Light responds "Dr. Wily must have gotten into the extinct animal research laboratory there! He must be resurrecting extinct animals and using them to attack the city!" Mega Man asks his creator "Should I get them back into their icy tombs?" Dr. Light says to him "Yes you should! They pose a safety risk to the civilians!" Mega Man says "Okay! We're landing!" He lands the red car. The car lands onto a parking lot. Mega Man and Roll get out of the car. They look around. Roll tells Mega Man "It appears to be safe here." Rush gets out of the car and joins them. He looks around and sniffs the air. He smells something. He alerts Mega Man. Mega Man asks Rush "Danger's afoot, huh Rush?" Rush nods and growls at something approaching them. Mega Man and Roll look up. A giant ground sloth slowly shambles towards them. "Sizzling circuits!" Mega Man cries out. Roll tells her brother "Get your plasma cannon ready!" Mega Man does so. He tells his sister "I'm ready to defend!" The giant sloth gets closer. Mega Man aims his plasma cannon at the large prehistoric beast. The giant sloth slashes at him. "Bad choice!" Mega Man yells out at it. It raises its claw again. Mega man fires at its raised claws. The giant ground sloth moans in pain. Unfortunately, this angers it instead of scaring it. It slashes both of its claws at Mega Man. One of its claws scratches his shoulder. Mega man fires at it again. Roll sees that Mega Man is struggling with the ice age beast. She switches to her toaster attachment. She runs up to the giant ground sloth. She charges up her toaster. She yells out to the giant sloth "You're toast!" She fires at the beast. It gets hit in the face. It turns and runs away. Mega Man thanks Roll. She sees that he has been scratched up a bit. She switches to her buffer attachment. She buffs away the scratches on his shoulder. They hear the Skullker hovering above them. Mega Man fires at it. The Skullker fires back. It destroys the red car. It then lands onto the ground. Mega Man aims his plasma cannon at it, preparing to fire a shot in case he should be threatened again. Ice Man jumps out of the Skullker. Mega Man waits to see if anyone else is going to come out of the Skullker. He asks Ice Man "It's just you, then?" Ice Man replies "Yeah, it's just me! Who else did you think was going to come out, a bunch of clowns!?" Mega Man scowls at him. He tells the ice robot master "I'm still stopping you!" He fires at Ice Man. Ice Man fires an Ice Slasher. The Ice Slasher nullifies the plasma shot. Ice Man fires some more Ice Slashers at Mega Man. The Ice Slashers freeze most of Mega Man. Mega Man is immobilized. Ice Man returns to the Skullker. The Skullker begins to hover. As it hovers, it charges up its cannon. Roll sees that Mega Man is in danger and switchers to her toaster attachment. She thaws him out as quickly as she can. Mega Man warms up his arm cannon as well. The intense heat from his arm cannon quickly melts the ice. The Skullker's cannon is almost done charging. The ice around Mega Man has helted enough to free up his upper body. The Skullker's cannon is fired. Roll quickly pulls Mega Man out of the melting ice by the arm. The cannon hits the melted ice and basically vaportizes it. Mega Man has been saved from the Skullker's cannon. He says to Roll "Thanks! You sure saved my titanium hide!" Ice Man is enraged that Roll saved Mega Man. Someone calls him up on the Skullker's screen. He presses a button to answer the call. Dr. Wily comes up on the screen. He says to him "Yes?" Dr. Wily says to Ice Man "Ice Man, you are really getting on my nerves!" Ice Man replies "So what?! I'm accomplishing something you couldn't with that super freeze glacier of yours!" Dr. Wily growls. He tells him "When I get you back, you better pray that I disassemble you quick and painlessly!" Ice Man responds "I've taken your Skullker! How are you going to get me back? With your Skull Bike! Ha ha ha ha!" Dr. Wily tells the robot master "You are going to regret saying those-" Ice Man shuts off the screen. He says out loud "Yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever!" He looks out and sees the city becoming swarmed by prehistoric mammals. He folds his arms and happily says to himself "Let's see him and his dumb bots get past giant mammoths and vicious smilodons!" Back on the ground, Mega Man, Roll, and Rush try to fix their red car. Unfortunately for them, their car is damaged beyond repair. It falls apart before their eyes. Roll looks up at Mega Man and asks "How are we going to get back home!?" Mega Man tells her "I'm not concerned about that right now, Roll." He looks around. He tells his sister "Prehistoric animals are running around and someone could get hurt!" Roll says "And Wily must be looking for Ice Man, so we've got that problem to deal with, too!" Mega Man reminds Roll "But he'll be going after Ice Man, not us, remember?" Roll responds with "I sure hope so!" Just then, a car drives up to them. A few scientists come out of the car. One of the scientists says to Mega Man "Mega Man! Thank goodness you're here!" Mega Man asks the scientist "What is it?" The scientist tells him "One of Wily's robots has taken over the extinct animal research laboratory and has resurrected the extinct aniamls and is trying to take over Denver with them! You must stop them!" Mega Man asks him "Where's this extinct animal research laboratory?" One of the scientists tells Mega Man "It's on a hill on the city's outskirts." Mega Man asks the scientists "Can you take us there! Ice Man used the Skullker to total our car. We really need a ride..." One of the scientists says "Sure thing! We can take you there!" Mega Man, Roll, and Rush get into their cat. They go over to the research laboratory. Meanwhile, back at Skull Fortress, a Wily Machine flies out of the fortress. Inside the Wily Machine, Dr. Wily is still fuming about Ice Man. He yells out "I can't believe he managed to escape with the Skullker!" Proto Man says to Dr. Wily "Don't get your brain cooked over this, Wily! We'll get him!" Air Man, Guts Man, and Cut Man are in another part of the Wily Machine. Air Man is angry that Ice Man has turned against them yet again. Guts Man and Cut Man are also upset. Air Man says in anger "That Ice Brain is really getting on my circuits!" Cut Man says "I can't wait to get my cutters on him!" Guts Man says to Cut Man "We're gonna be there in no time so get them ready!" Meanwhile, Mega Man and Roll are looking around the city. They hear something coming at them A woolly mammoth is charging towards them. Mega Man yells to Roll "Quick! Get out of the way!" They both manage to get out of the way, but the mammoth steps on Roll's lower leg and badly damages it. Mega Man looks back and sees that Roll has been damaged. He yells out "Roll!" He quickly tuns over to her. He asks her "Are you okay?" Roll responds "Yeah, expect for my leg!" Mega Man looks at her damaged leg. He tells her "Ohh, that looks pretty bad!" He calls up Dr. Light on his arm cannon and tells him that Roll has suffered some damage. Dr. Light tells him that he will be there soon. Mega Man looks at the sky. The hoverjet lands down onto the snow-covered terrain. Dr. Light comes out of the hoverjet. Mega Man runs over to him with Roll in his arms. He places Roll down. Dr. Light observes the damage. He tells Mega Man that he will do his best to fix her leg. He gestures for Mega Man to get into the hoverjet. Mega Man goes inside the hoverjet. Inside, the Ice Suit is on one of the seats. Mega Man gets into his Ice Suit. He tells Dr. Light "Alright! I'm ready to face the Ice Man!" Mega Man gets out of the hoverjet. Dr. Light goes over to the control panel. Dr. Light calls up Mr. Zero on the screen. Mr. Zero comes up on the screen. Mr. Zero asks Dr. Light "I-I-It's Dr. Wily again, isn't i-i-it?" Dr. Light answers "Not this time. Just Ice Man." He then tells Mr. Zero "He's gotten into the extinct animal research laboratory and has resurrected all of the preserved prehistoric animals there and is letting them run loose throughout Denver!" Dr. Light tells him "I need your super-freeze technology to freeze them and return them to the research laboratory!" Mr. Zero sighs. He then tells Dr. Light "Alr-r-right, I'll bring it over even though it b-b-brings back bad memories..." Dr. Light ends the call. He then goes over to a window. He sees glyptodons slowly moving along. He says to himself "I sure hope he can reverse this..." Outside, Mega Man is trekking through the snow-buried streets of Denver. He wonders where Ice Man is. Suddenly, a woolly rhinoceros comes charging towards him. He fires his ice pick into the side of a building and quickly gets up into the side of the building, avoiding the prehistoric rhinoceros. "That was close!" he exclaims out loud. He hears a buzzing sound above him. Some penguin enemies are coming towards him. He says out loud "I didn't know penguins could fly!" He swings his pickaxe at them, hoping to swipe some down. He says to the robotic penguins "You penguins should be grounded!" He gets a few of them, bu the rest avoid his pickaxe. They fly towards him. He dodges their assaults. He tries to get away from them by jumping from roof to roof. They still continue to pursue him. He sees a tall building before him. He uses his pickaxe to jump up onto the tall building's roof. The penguin enemies smash right into the building. Mega Man is glad to have gotten rid of them. He proceeds to where the laboratory is located. Back at the laboratory, Ice Man is in the Skullker relaxing. Something comes up on the Skullker's small screen. Dr. Wily appears on the screen. He is quite angry. He yells at Ice Man "There you are you cantankerous cold lump of rust!" Ice Man snaps back "How did you find me, Wily?!" Dr. Wily groans angrily. He growls to Ice Man "I can track the Skullker anywhere you know..." Ice Man tells Dr. Wily "So what!? It's mine now! What are you going to do about it, Einstein?" Dr. Wily threatens Ice Man with "Just you wait and see..." Ice Man fires an Ice Slasher at the screen and shatters it. He grumbles "Cranky old coot!" A penguin enemy flies into the Skullker. Ice Man says to it "What is it?" The robotic penguin squawks to him. Ice Man gets upset. He exclaims "What!?" Mega Man is on his way here!? Why didn't you bird brains stop him!?" The robotic penguin continues squawking. Ice Man fires and Ice Slasher at it and destroys it. He yells out "Now I've got Mega Man on my titanium tail as well!" He gets out of the Skullker and into where robots are kept. He encases them in icy armor and says "These ought to get rid of both of them!" Elsewhere, Mega Man is going back to the laboratory. He is jumping from roof to roof to avoid the prehistoric animals below. He gets onto the roof of a big building. He looks over and sees that more prehistoric animals are coming out of the laboratory. He says to himself "I've got to put an end to this ice age!" He goes over to the roof's edge. He uses his icepick to swing over to the hill that the laboratory is on. Meanwhile, Dr. Wily's robots are on the ground. Proto Man says to Guts Man and Cut Man "When Ice Man gets to Dr. Wily, he's going to wish he-" He is suddenly attack by a mammoth. Guts Man yells to the mammoth "Hey you overgrown elephant! Try picking on someone yer own size, like me!" The mammoth charges at Guts Man. Guts Man grabs the mammoth and hurls it aside. More mammoths charge at him. One of them slashes at him with one of its tusks. Guts Man grabs the tusk and breaks it off. He smacks the mammoth with it. He then grabs another mammoth and hurls it away. Soon, the woolly mammoths overpower the large robot. Cut Man sees that Guts Man is in trouble and goes over to Proto Man for help. Proto Man is still fighting off the saber-toothed tigers. Cut Man uses the cutters on his head to cut off their fangs. Proto Man thanks Cut Man. The saber-toothed tigers still slash at Proto Man and Cut Man. Cut Man slashes at them with his cutters. Proto Man fires at the prehistoric cats. This scares some of the tigers off. Two tigers still remain. They are still attacking Cut Man. Cut Man shoots his cutters at them. The cutters shear their fur off. The saber-toothed tigers run away. Cut Man comments "Having a bad hair day? Ahe ahe ahe!" Meanwhile, Guts Man is still fighting off the woolly mammoths. He yells out to them for help. "A little help here, guys!" he calls out. Proto Man and Cut Man run over to where he is. One of the mammoths gets in their way. Proto Man fires at it. Cut Man throws the cutters on his head at it. The cutters cuts off one of the mammoth's tusks. The plasma shot hits it in the face. It swings its trunk at Proto Man and Cut Man. Its trunk hits Proto Man. Cut Man jabs at the mammoth. Guts Man rams the mammoth from behind. The other mammoths attack the robots. "Retreat!" Proto Man cries out. The three evil robots manage to escape the woolly mammoths. As they run away, Proto Man says out loud "And now to find Ice Man!" Meanwhile, Mega Man is on top of a building. The ice on it is rather slippery. He nearly slips on it. He uses his ice pick to steady himself on the ice. He goes over to the edge of the roof. He looks over it. He sees the laboratory up ahead on a hill. He says out loud "There it is! The laboratory!" Some mammoths exit the laboratory. Mega Man says "Oh no, it's churning out more beasts!" He then says "I better get down there and stop this ice age!" He rappels down the building. As he goes down, he spots Dr. Wily's robots. "Oh great!" he says to himself. He says "As if Ice Man wasn't bad enough..." He sees that they are heading for the laboratory as well. He contemplates confronting them. He decides not to. He continues on his way. He unfortunately slips off the building and falls onto a large pile of snow below. He digs out of the snow pile. The bad robots have surrounded him. "Hey, check this out!" Proto Man says "A snow bunny!" Guts Man says to Proto Man "What should we do with it?" Proto Man aims his cannon at Mega Man and says "Destroy it!" Mega Man goes back into the snow pile. Proto Man fires at him. The shot melts the snow. Mega Man is not in the snow pile when it melts. He has managed to sneak behind them. The evil robots see that he is gome "Where did that blue snow bunny go!?" Guts Man asks. Cut Man looks around. He sees that Mega Man is running away. "There he is!" he shouts out. Proto Man fires at him. Guts Man grabs a truck and runs towards Mega Man. He throws the truck at the blue bomber. The truck misses its target. Mega Man fires back at them. Mega Man says to himself "Hope that keeps them away!" Proto Man contacts Dr. Wily on his arm cannon. He tells Dr. Wily "Mega Man knows where Ice Man is. We can use him to fish Ice Man out." Dr. Wily responds "Then destroy them both. We can kill two bots with one stone that way." Proto Man smiles and says "Nice." Dr. Wily tells Proto Man "Proceed with your revenge. Ha ha ha." Proto Man hangs up the call. Air Man catches up to them. He asks Proto Man "Found Ice Brain yet?" Proto Man says to the fan robot masters "Mega Man knows where he is, let's follow him and then blast him!" "Great! He he he he!" Air Man replies. Back downtown, Mr. Zero arrives. Dr. Light greets him. Mr. Zero says to Dr. Light "It's g-g-good to see you again, Dr. L-L-Light!" "You too, Mr. Zero." Dr. Light says back. Mr. Zero then says "N-n-now, about the situation..." As Dr. Light is repairing Roll, he and Mr. Zero discuss how to return the prehistoric animals back to their frozen states. Meanwhile, Mega Man climbs up the hill to the laboratory. Mega Man is going up the hill. He sees some robots coming down in his direction. They are Crazy Razys. "Crazy Razys at twelve o' clock!" Mega Man exclaims. He fires at a few of them. They have their lower bodies destroyed. The upper parts of their bodies still remain. They fly down towards Mega Man. Mega Man avoids them and destroys them. Back at the laboratory, Ice Man sees that Mega Man has destroyed the Crazy Razys. He presses a button. "Try these on for size." Ice Man says. This sends out some penguin enemies. They fly out of the laboratory. Mega Man almost makes it to the top of the hill. He is suddenly hit by one of the penguin enemies. He falls over. Some more penguin enemies approach him. He quickly gets up and fires his plasma cannon at them. He destroys a few of them, but some still remain. The remaining penguin enemies avoid the plasma blasts from Mega Man's cannon. Mega Man dodges them. Meanwhile, Dr. Wily's robots come across the hill. "Remember the plan." Proto Man says "Save Mega Man for last." They then proceed up the hill. Crazy Razys and penguin enemies attack them as well. Air Man uses his Air Shooter to blow the enemies away. This destroys the penguin enemies, but the Crazy Razys remain, sans their lower bodies. They attack Cut Man and Proto Man. Guts Man pulls them off Cut Man. Proto Man tries to shoot them off, but is unable to. Cut Man slashes at the Crazy Razys on Proto Man. They are cut into parts. Proto Man then says "Now that's out of the way, let's ice the Ice Man!" They then continue on up the hill. Mega Man makes it to the laboratory. The entrance to the laboratory is guarded by a giant ice age mammal. Mega Man avoids the animal's attacks. He kicks open the doors. Back down the hill, Dr. Wily's robots see that Mega Man has made it into the laboratory. "Let's destroy him while we have da chance!" Guts Man says to Proto Man. Proto Man says to Guts Man "We're not here to destory Mega Man yet, we're here to get Ice Man, remember?" Air Man says "Yeah, you air head!" They proceed to the laboratory. They follow Mega Man into the laboratory. They are careful not to make him aware of their presence. Cut Man whispers to Proto Man "Why can't we just attack the blue dweeb?" Proto Man grabs one of Cut Man's ears and says into it "Because it will alert Ice Man, now shut up and let's find that traitor." They then continue on their mission. Meanwhile, Mega Man is going through the laboratory. Mega Man hears something behind him. He looks behind. He sees that Dr. Wily's robots are stalking him. The evil robots see that Mega Man has noticed them. They hide behind some frozen over machines. Mega Man is concerned. Mega Man calls Dr. Light on his arm cannon. Mega Man tells Dr. Light that Dr. Wily's robots are following him. Dr. Light tells Mega Man to find a way to stop them from pursuing him. Mega Man hangs up the call on his arm cannon. Mega Man hides from the evil robots. He hides behind a pillar. The pillar is covered in ice. He looks around the pillar. Cut Man spots him. He throws the cutters on his head at Mega Man. Mega Man dodges the cutters. He fires his plasma cannon at Cut Man. The plasma shot scrapes Cut Man's shoulder. Guts Man sees that Cut Man is being fired at and runs over to his aid. He smashes the pillar. The rubble falls down onto Mega Man. Mega Man is knocked down by the rubble. "Well that takes care of him!" Guts Man says. Proto Man comments "He sure went down easy. I thought he would put up more of a fight." Proto Man then looks at the bad robots and tells them "Let's continue on our quest to turn up the heat on Ice Man!" They walk away. They continue on through the laboratory. Meanwhile, Mega Man gets up and gets out of the pile of rubble. He says to himself "I knew playing dead would keep them off of me!" He brushes himself off and continues on through the laboratory. Meanwhile, Dr. Wily's robots are in another part of the laboratory. They come across a large door with icicles. Cut Man asks Proto Man "Do you think Ice Man's in here?" Proto Man answers back "Well duh! Can't you see the icicles around it!?" Proto Man goes up to the door. He tries to kick it open, but the door won't budge. Guts Man says to Proto Man "Allow me!" He cracks his knuckles. He rushes towards the door. He punches the doors wide open. The evil robots enter the room. Ice Man is in the room. Ice Man is sitting on a throne made completely out of ice. It is flanked by sabertooth tigers. He is petting one of them. Air Man approaches the "throne". He looks up at Ice Man. "Nice digs!" Air Man says to Ice Man. He then says "Not! You're in really big trouble now!" Ice Man crosses his legs and arms. He says to Air Man "Oh really?" He leers at Air Man. "What are you going to do about it? Blow me away? Ha ha ha ha!" Ice Man sats. Air Man begins turning on fan on his body. He says to Ice Man "Exactly..." Air Man fires his Air Shooter. The tornado has ripped up Ice Man's suit. Ice Man falls to the floor. He gets up. He is a little bit dizzy. He shakes his head. He then snaps his fingers. Woolly Batontons fly down from the ceiling. They swarm the evil robots. Air Man says "I'll handle this." He uses his Air Shooter weapon. The small tornadoes blow the woolly batontons away. They all smash into the ceiling above. Air Man laughs. He says to Ice Man "Is that all you got?" Ice Man says to the air robot master "I'm just getting started!" He sics the saber toothed tigers on the bad robots. Proto Man fires at them. One of the big cats pounces on Cut Man. Cut Man tries to get if off of him. Guts Man grabs the tiger and hurls it away. The other saber roothed tiger swipes at Proto Man with its razor sharp claws. Proto Man grabs its paw. He says to it "Bad kitty!" He hurls it away with all of his might. He then yells to Ice Man "And now to deal with you!" Proto Man fires at Ice Man. Ice Man fires an Ice Slasher at him. The weapon hits Proto man in the chest. Proto Man's chest is frozen over. He falls to the foor. He is now frozen to the floor. Ice Man fires some more Ice Slashers at the other evil robots. Cut Man's cutters are shot off. Guts Man is hit on the arm. Air Man is hit on the fan on his body. The fan becomes frozen. Proto Man tries to break out of the ice. Guts Man smashes off a piece of the throne. He throws it at Ice Man. Ice Man runs out of the way. The huge chunk shatters the other arm of the throne. Elsewhere in the laboratory, Mega Man hears the commotion. He says to himself "Looks like they've found Ice Man and are dragging him out kicking and screaming!" He follows the source of the noise. He comes across the door to the "throne room". He sees the evil robots fighting Ice Man. He wonders if she should join the fight. He decides to let the bad robots defeat themselves. Meanwhile, Ice Man escapes the ice chunks being hurled by Guts Man. Air Man says to Guts Man "Let me have a go at him!" He uses his Air Shooter. Ice Man is blown away by the cyclone. Cut Man says "My turn!" He throws the cutters on his head at Ice Man. The cutters clip away the remaining shreds of his parka. Ice Man is now on the floor sans his blue parka. Proto Man finally breaks out of the ice. The bad robot masters laugh at Ice Man. Air Man says "Look at the naked ice head!" proto Man joins in and says "You ought to be arrested for indecent exposure!" He then says "Enough gawking! Let's book him!" They get closer to him. Ice Man says to them "Not so fast! I've got one last trick up my sleeve!" Guts Man says to Ice Man "You don't got sleeves anymore!" Ice Man just looks at Guts Man. He goes up to a computer and presses al arge button on the control panel. A loud honk resonates throughout the laboratory. "What was that!?" Mega Man exclaims. A large figure heads for the throne room. It is a giant robotic penguin. Mega Man lets out "Sizzling circuits! That's a huge penguin!" The giant penguin fires a beam of ice at Mega Man. Mega Man dodges the beam. He fires at the large robot penguin. It shrugs off the plasma shot. It continues onto the throne room. The evil robot masters turn around and see the huge penguin. Proto Man says "So that's your trick. A giant penguin." The giant robotic penguin fires its beam at the evil robots. They dodge the freezing beam. Guts Man grabs a broken chunk of ice and throws it at the penguin robot. The chunk hits it in the head. The head is slightly damaged. It fires its beam again. Ice Man tries to sneak away while Proto Man and the others fight the giant penguin. Air Man sees Ice Man crawling away. Guts Man says to the ice robot master. "Oh no you don't! Yer not gettin' away that easily!" He grabs Ice Man. Ice Man struggles in his arms. Air Man and Cut Man fire their weapons at the penguin robot. The Rolling Cutters cut off its flippers. Proto Man fires a plasma shot down its beak. The head explodes. As a last resort, the belly opens up and fires some missiles. The evil robots manage to avoid the missiles. The missiles hit the remains of the throne and explode. Smoke fills the throne room. Mega Man is outside of the room. The smoke eventually clears, and we see the bad robots walking out of the room, Guts Man has Ice Man slinged over his shoulder. They see Mega Man. Proto Man says "Now we can destroy him!" He smiles evilly at Mega Man. Proto Man, Cut Man, and Air Man fire heir weapons at Mega Man. Mega Man dodges the weapons and swings his pickaxe at Proto Man. The pickaxe embeds itself into Proto Man's arm cannon, damaging it as a result. Mega Man pulls the pickaxe out. He then switches to his plasma cannon. He fires a fully charged shot at Air Man. The shot destroys the fan on his chest. Air Man is knocked out by the blast. Cut Man says to Mega Man "I'll cut you!" He fires some cutters at Mega Man. Mega Man dodges the cutters. He says to Cut Man "Hey! Cut that out!" He then fires at the scissor robot master. Cut Man is quickly knocked out. Suddenly, the ceiling is blasted open. The Skullker hovers down the hole. It uses its tractor beam to pick up the evil robots. It then flies away. Inside the Skullker, Dr. Wily walks up to Guts Man. He says to Guts Man "Put Ice Man down. I want to see him face to face." Guts Man does so. Ice Man falls to the floor. He gets up. He sees that Dr. Wily is quite flustered. He says to Ice Man "Now you are in even bigger trouble!" Ice Man hangs his head down. Back down in the laboratory, Mega Man is leaving the building. He sees that the prehistoric animals are being frozen. He goes down the hill. He comes across Dr. Light and Mr. Zero. "Mr. Zero! It's good to see you again!" Mega Man says to Mr. Zero. Mr. Zero says to the blue bomber "G-g-good to see you again too, M-M-Mega Man." Mega Man looks around and is pleased ti see that the prehistoric animals have been encased in ice. He says to Mr. Zero "Looks like your super freeze technology has redeemed itself. Now we just need to get these animals back into the laboratory." Mr. Zero says "Y-y-yes. And this time there will be b-b-beter security in the laboratory." Mega Man goes over to Dr. Light. He tells him "Everything's been taken care of! I wonder what will happen to Ice Man now..." Dr. Light tells his creation "Who knows? I hope he spares him..." Back at Skull Fortress, Dr. Wily is working on Ice Man. Proto Man walks into the room. He says to him "Taking him apart, I see..." Dr. Wily says :No, he is actually quite valuable." "You're not going to destory him?!" Proto Man says to Dr. Wily with surprise. The mad scientist replies "No, I can make him obey me this time." Dr. Wily says "I'll make sure it never happens ever again..." The episode ends with Ice Man being reprogrammed.
