Poor Sebek
So we have Deuce, Epel, and Ortho wearing silly bunny suits and having a fun time
And Ace and Jack are sucked into a beach paradise
âŠ..
Then what about poor Sebek?! Did they really forget heâs part of the first year group, or do they just want him to stay in Book 7 trauma?

The Prefect's Laugh
Dropping this monstrosity i wrote in September 2023 because I feel like I'm never going to leave this fandom.
First Years x gn! Prefect
Warning: I haven't played chapter 7, Prefect has a distinct personality so it doesn't really count as x reader but some people could find them relatable, a jumble of canon and non-canon events, mild cursing?
Divider by @saradika
It wasnât that the Prefect never smiled. In fact, they may have smiled a little too often. It could be as simple as a wordless greeting or as complex as a way to cope with fear, but there was one particular expression the first years saw only once in a blue moon. The smile that comes alongside a fit of laughter.
The first time Ace saw the infamous Ramshackle Prefect smile like that was not too long after they had first met. It was a day or two after Heartslabyulâs housewarden overblotted and theyâd finally gotten the rose garden in order.
While chatting about that dayâs happenings, a rather embarrassing detail was brought up (embarrassing to Ace at least).
âCan we, like, NOT talk about this anymore??â
âI mean, the housewarden was really going in on you and you just stood there and took it but as soon as he said those things about the Prefectâs parents you didnât even hold back. Itâs weirdly sweet of him, right?â
Deuce looked towards the Prefect for their input to which they replied by fervently nodding their head.
âWow, who couldâve guessed that maybe THE Ace Trappola cares about his friends??â
ââŠHonestly wouldâve believed you more if you said you did it just to prove you could.â
âPfft-â
Aceâs head whipped to the side, and he stared at the blooming smile on the Prefectâs face. Crinkled eyes, a hand in front of their mouth and slightly flushed cheeks as they tried to hold in their chuckles.
He wanted to make a snarky comment, something like, âIâve been trying to make you laugh for the past two weeks and THIS Is what makes you break?â
Instead, what came out of his mouth was⊠Silence.
Maybe the new expression was too shocking as he just stared, five parts confusion, three parts embarrassment, two parts bashfulness. The most he could get out of them even with the most well-crafted jokes were slight smirks and yet something Deuce said without even intending to be funny made them crack.
He felt wronged.
And flustered.
âŠShit, why are they kinda cute.
Going back to before the overblot, a day that Deuce personally considers more traumatising than his own housewardenâs mental breakdown.
Sorrowfully gazing upon the carnage of eggshells, whites and yolks jumbled up in the plastic bag branded with the words, Mr. Sâ Mystery Shop, Deuce gave out another wistful sigh.
âI just hope those chicks can rest in peace.â
ââŠYou know those eggs don't hatch into chickens, right?â
Shocked, flabbergasted, gobsmacked, stunned, stupefied, bowled-over; all words that could be used to describe Deuce Spadeâs current state of mind.
âWh- WHAT??? YOUâRE KIDDING.â
While Deuce was having an epiphany about the eggshell-shocking revelation, he noticed the Prefectâs slightly hunched over back and trembling frame. He was about to go comfort them when he saw their faceâŠ
And heard their laughter, ringing out like the sound of wind chimes swaying with the summer breeze, despite it being mid-September.
âYOUâRE LAUGHING???â
He looked at them with five parts feelings of betrayal, three parts despair and two parts anger. He was so offended that he immediately stormed off with the grocery bags in hand, huffing and puffing as he went on his unmerry way.
It wasnât until later that the Prefect started feeling guilty about their reaction to the incident. It kind of felt like telling a little kid Santa wasnât realâŠ
They apologised, got him a book about the evolution of egg production, hugged it out and all was forgiven.
It wasnât until much much later that Deuce Spade realised, he had only seen the Prefect laugh a handful of times, that incident taking up one of the spaces.
It had grown to become one of his favourite sounds in the world.
Jack Howl was never one for bad jokes or witty banter. Whenever he and the Prefect stood together, besides looking like a sturdy tree next to a swaying flower, they didnât look friendly- much less like friends.
Only the two of them understood the solidarity that came with the silence. They were each others go-to when the other first years got too rowdy.
Truly the mom and dad of the group.
They would occasionally engage in conversation. Somehow when they were together, asking about each otherâs day would lead to which parts of home they missed most now that they were away or embarrassing childhood memories, they hadnât told anyone else about.
It was on a day like any other, a long while after the deep sea overblot.
Jack and the Prefect had finally started speaking to each other comfortably, yet most of their time together was spent just existing in the same room, doing their own thing.
It wasnât awkward, at least not to the Prefect. But they had to ask just in case.
âHey, do you ever feel like we donât really talk when we hang out?â
ââŠWell, we are at the library.â
âI mean at other places too.â
Jack looked up from his notes, glancing at the Prefect with a little apprehension tracing his features.
âWhy? You find it weird?â
âNo, I like it a lot, just- Iâm not used to it you know? Whether itâs the friends Iâve made here or my friends from back home theyâve never been the type to let the room stay quiet for over five seconds.â
They shifted slightly to cast an inquisitive glance over at him, âI canât tell if you mind or not.â
Against his very own will, Jackâs tail started flowing slightly. So, they like being around him?
âI feel the same as you. I like our time together.â
Realising he sounded a little too soft, he immediately started backpedalling.
âNot that that means anything. I enjoy spending time with many people, doesnât make you special.â
After finishing his piece, Jack looked back down at his notes, playing it cool. His tail, however, betrayed his feelings.
"Pfhaha, so cute, itâs like a helicopter-â
ââŠâ
Not knowing how to defend himself, Jack got up to sit across the Ramshackle Prefect, blocking their view of his tail but giving him the perfect angle to catch all their expressions.
âŠIt may be a little too late for him.
It all started with a godforsaken game of PG rated chicken.
Epel Felmier didnât know whose dumb idea it was to hold a competition like this among all the first years but damn was he killinâ it.
It was almost too easy. It made him feel conflicted. Should he be happy that heâd somehow reached the finals? Or mad that itâs all cause of his face and build?? Either way, the prize was too good to pass up so he was gonna win.
So far heâd been flyinâ through with direct eye contact and a smile or two if his opponents were tougher but the final round had been filling him with a weird sense of dread, so he decided to prepare a little somethinâ special this time.
He doubted heâd have to use it though; he didnât think very highly of the kids at NRC in this specific departmentâŠ
That being until he got a text from the organiser telling him who his opponent was, that being: the Ramshackle Prefect.
Well shit.
He knew they never judged anybody, including him, for their appearance, and heâd always appreciated them for that. But in this context, it would make âem a tough nut to crack.
Not even mentioning, they knew his weakness when he didnât have theirs.
He immediately pulled down their chat and started typing ferociously.
âyou. me. ramshackle lounge. after school. please?â And send.
Might as well get a practise round in to scope the waters.
Luckily, the Prefect considered him a friend and wasnât overly cautious, so not long after the text was sent an âokâ was promptly sent back.
As soon as school let out, Epel ran into the Prefect in the mirror chamber, and they embarked towards Ramshackle dorm together.
Heâd informed them of his intentions while on the way, so they got started after arriving.
First, he tried his usual techniques despite knowing they wouldnât work. As expected, the Prefect didnât so much as flinch.
Then they smiled warmly at him.
âYour training has been working out really well, I can see a little more definition on your arms. How do you even do it? What you lack in a natural constitution is already being made up for by your will and perseverence! It's really rare to find people like you out there.â
Shit, a genuine compliment about his mental and physical growth! Thatâs critical damage, how could they be so dirty, using his weakness against him?
Well, if thatâs how theyâre gonna play it.
Epel held up his two hands in front of him, forming a heart with his fingers.
The Prefect looked unfazed. They just smiled at him, mockingly (Epelâs perception).
Fine. Heâs been left with no choice but to pull out his secret weapon.
âI-If you were a fruit, youâd be a FINEAPPLE!â Absolutely humiliating.
But also absolutely effective.
The Prefectâs mask started cracking at its seams.
âF-fineapple? I never thought I'd ever hear you say anything like that- Pfft hehe-â
He'd won, but his face was as red as his namesake as the visage of his Prefectâs tinted cheeks and choked back giggles entered his heart.
On the day of the competition, he lost miserably. The Prefect ended up passing the prize onto him, claiming they were only participating for fun, but he wasnât really upset.
Itâs for the best that no one else sees that face anyways.
Sebek Zigvoltâs sole purpose for living is to serve his young master as a reliable retainer.
In order to be reliable, he must excel in both academics and athletics. Athletics werenât worth mentioning and he found all academic subjects easy enough.
All except for art, that is.
Making use of a medium to place your creative vision onto a surface sounded simple, yet the product had never lived up to his expectations, creating a habit of casting fire spells to burn the causes of his shame.
After yet another round of sweeping up the ashes of a canvas, heâd decided enough was enough. As unbecoming as it was, a good retainer would ask for help when he really needed it.
And he really really needed it.
His next course of action was to head over to the staff room and inquire with the Art professor for private lessons, only to be told that she had no empty slots in her schedule.
âIf you donât mind learning from another student, I recommend asking the Ramshackle Prefect to tutor you. Theyâre one of the best among their peers and Iâve seen them offering help to other students during my classes so Iâm sure they wouldnât mind.â
That magicless human? Heâd only ever spoken two or three sentences to them, and he couldnât stand the uncouth beast following them around every hour of the day, but if they truly were one of the bestâŠ
Thus started a deal he would come to regret in the future.
The Prefect wasnât a bad teacher. Theyâd gotten him to start on the basics before even thinking of the elaborate portraits heâd always been hellbent on doing.
Once heâd finally grasped the techniques needed, he immediately jumped onto the opportunity to paint his young master, using one of his sacred wallet sized photos as reference. The Prefect stood beside him the whole time, pointing out mistakes and fixing any parts he deemed unsatisfactory.
The only qualm he had was that theyâd protested to his idea to paint a wall sized mural, stating that it was too advanced.
With a beautiful portrait in tow, he returned and hung it up near his shrine. It couldnât compare to his young masterâs radiance but it had been the best thing heâd ever painted and he was felling pleased with himself.
An idea came over him. He wouldnât have been able to do this without their help after allâŠ
And that was what led to him showing up at Ramshackle outside of lesson hours with a small canvas nervously clenched in his hands.
âHuman. It didnât turn out as well without your guidance, but this is a little token of appreciation for your help these past few weeks.â He pushed the portrait into the Prefects hands, ready to accept criticism.
ââŠâ
âHuman..?â
ââŠPffhehe-, I never expected you to do something so heartfelt for a âdumb humanâ. Heh, I guess I really grew on you!â
âWhy are you laughing?! ARE YOU MAKING FUN OF ME??â
If he had his sword on him he would be unsheathing it right now.
âNo, no, thanks man, I love it.â
The brightest and most genuine smile heâd ever seen from them blossomed.
He felt his face burn and his heartbeat rise to an abnormal degree as the Prefectâs warm gaze felt as though it were boring into him.
âŠI must inquire with Master Lilia what hex this human has placed upon me. Right this instant!

Yuu Makes Constant References No One Else Gets
Since I started playing Twst Wonderland, I canât help but imagine Yuu starting out by constantly making references to pop culture and memes from their world only to realize midway through that no one else around them will understand itÂ
Just imagine:Â
In the early stages of the game, Yuu starts to gradually feel more comfortable around their friends, mainly Ace, Deuce, and Grim
At first, they slowly start to feel at home againÂ
Theyâd begin loosening up and speaking more like how they would in their home worldÂ
In this case, that means more references and obscure humorÂ
Especially if weâre basing Yuuâs home world on our current day world
There are so many intricate inside jokes on the internet that wouldnât make an ounce of sense to anyone who has never been exposed to that kind of environment like we haveÂ
So, when Yuu first made an obscure reference in a conversation with the Single Braincell Gangâą, they fall back into their closed off space
Because theyâre not from hereÂ
They have a whole other world to get back toÂ
If they can even get back to itÂ
And while Ace and Deuce may not be the brightest, the two had gotten to know Yuu enough to know that something was off with them. They just couldnât place what
After the first few slip ups, Yuu had started talking less and less
They started letting Grim speak for the both of them more often, only speaking when others addressed them or when it was about a topic concerning Twisted Wonderland
From an outside point of view, nothing seemed to have changed. They still hung out with the other first years, laughed and teased their friends, and regularly asked or answered questions in class
But those closer to the Ramshackle prefect could sense the hesitation whenever they were about to say somethingÂ
âYou should have seen Crewelâs face when Deucey asked that question!â Ace recounted the event between fits of laughter.Â
Yuu sat with the other first years at their (unspokenly claimed) lunch table, happily chuckling at their boysâ antics. They held Grim in their lap, being used as his personal high-chair like usual, subconsciously running one of their hands through the monsterâs soft fur and munching on their own sandwich with the other.Â
âI wouldnât have asked such a stupid question if I wasnât so tired from you keeping me up all night with your complaining about that test we have today!â Deuce retorted, grumpily taking another bite of his egg noodles. Though he looked away from his friends, the flustered blush on his cheeks was still easily seen by the group.Â
The prefect let out another giggle, âI swear, Crewel looked exactly like that one meme with the lady surrounded by all those different equations-!âÂ
âHuh? Is that a new one I havenât seen?â Epel asked, his head cocked to the side in question. Had it been any other situation, Yuu might have found it cute. But their embarrassment was too strong for any thought like that to surface.Â
âAh-! Nevermind, sorry. Itâs an old meme from my home world.â They let out an awkward laugh before looking down and stuffing another bite of their sandwich into their mouth. Their face felt hot and they wished for nothing more than the floor to open up and swallow them, never to be seen in Twisted Wonderland again.Â
âY-yeah, and then Crewel assigned Juice like, a hundred more pages of homework to make sure he understood the topic!â Quickly, Ace diverted the othersâ attention back to him, no doubt after sending a look of pity to the prefect.Â
âHundre-! It was only ten!â Deuce exclaimed, mouth full of pasta.Â
Yuu could only mentally thank Ace for saving them from the piteous stares from the others.
It was no secret that home was a sore subject for the prefect. Any time they spoke about it, their eyes would glaze over with nostalgic longing. Ace and Deuce would often ask them about traditions or cultures back in their world, both out of interest and because the two knew Yuu loved telling them about it.Â
Other times, however, arenât grim reminders of how Crowley isnât actually looking for a way home
Instead, they have these little moments with themself where they make references to things from their home world as an inside joke
Even if they donât understand, Yuuâs friends still notice the tiny smirks or held laughs on occasion
But theyâd never say anything about it, because itâs obvious how the small joke grounds Yuu and comforts them with the familiarityÂ
âCâmon! Weâre all in this together!â Yuu hastily spouted, trying to stop Ace from running away from his cleaning duties, again. Before Ace could even respond, the prefect immediately let out a bout of laughter and grabbed the boyâs arm, yanking him down the hall while humming a song heâd never heard before between occasional giggles.
Yuu starts recording Grim who is knocked out on their bed. Light snores come from the fluffball. Yuu is heard sniffling behind the camera.
âOh meow meow get up,â they croak. Their hand comes up to lightly shake Grim, stirring him awake and now very confused.
âOh shit meow meow, I thought you was dead-,â Yuu giggles out, further confusing a very dazed Grim
âCâmon, Yuu, the questionâs not that bad!â Epel said in between laughs.Â
âYeah, Yuu! Itâs just three more of these!â Ace could barely get the words out as he slowly collapsed in silent laughter. He slid further down in the library chair he occupied, hand clasping his chest in an effort to breathe yet still remain quiet.Â
âNo, Iâve had it! I am disgusted!â Yuu continued to furiously pack their materials. âI am revolted!â They fumble in closing their notebook and quickly give up, letting the papers crumple up as they shove it into their bag. âI dedicate my entire life to our lord and savior Jesus Christ, and this is the thanks I get?âÂ
The rest of the first years watch as Yuu slings their bag over their shoulder and promptly makes their way out of the library. Ace practically gasps for air. Epel finds himself in a giggle fit, unable to stop. Deuce is a mixture of confusion, amusement, and horror while he very obviously is still processing what just happened. Sebek can only look surprised, unsure of how to proceed. And finally, Jack is just as surprised but is holding back his own chuckles that threaten to spill.Â
âAce, you idiot! Thereâs a âbâ in âsubtleâ.â Deuce scolded.
âWhat?! Whereâs the âbâ?âÂ
âThereâs a bee?â Yuuâs quivering voice quietly broke the tension.
âYuu!â
âWhoa, Yuu, I honestly didnât know you could do that!â
Yuu looked at him with a deadpan expression bordering on offended. âDo you think I fuck around?âÂ
(definitely more obscure but if you understand this i love you)
((Hint: Brennen Lee Mulligan in a Game Changer episode))
Any g-note plays and Yuuâs eyes widen in recognition
âFloyd, Jamil, Ace. You guys gotta get your head in the game.âÂ
Whether you wish to view it as romantic or platonic, the fact in undeniable that the cast is weak to hearing and seeing Yuu ramble on about things back from their world, specifically the first years or Heartslabyul boys
I personally really like the headcannon that only really the Heartslabyul boys, and maybe the rest of the first years, are in on Yuu being from a different world. It makes certain moments hurt just a bit more with the idea of little to no one knowing that Yuu is meant to inevitably leave. But i digress
Yuu could just be reminded of their favorite dish back home or a song they were obsessed with when they were younger, but the way they talk about it is mesmerizing to the boys. Their eyes light up with an aching mixture of nostalgia, longing, and joy. Recounting old stories or stupid trends they participated in never fails to crack just the slightest bit of a smile on their lips.Â
For some odd reason, the way they describe their home world feels like taking a sip of a warm drink on a cold winter day. Comforting in all the right ways. Warming you from the inside despite the harsh environment surrounding.Â
Not only does Yuu make it all sound like a fantasy at times, which is technically true given itâs a different world/dimension, but they somehow give the boy a strange glimmer of hope too. Like they too will have a chance to visit and experience the same joys. Only, thereâs no chance of that happening. Right?Â

this is fine.
Crowley whenever shit hits the fan and he has to delegate problem solving to immature teenagers: âThis is fine.â
At last⊠I can make my own TWST version of the dog sitting in a room on fire meme đ
The smoke cloud overhead is actually an asset taken from the Guest Room fights; the green fire is taken from the Diasomnia dorm assets. I thought the green color was more fitting than the red or blue, given that Malleus is the final boss of book 7 and Crowley is still useless that far into the main story.

Riddle Rosehearts
He knows youâre very passionate about fandom culture but you never really had the chance to infodump about it to him
Until one day, you drop by Heartslabyul for a leisurely visit, when you see a not-so-clearly distressed Riddle sitting in the lounge
Not-so-clearly meaning heâs holding a teacup in his hand yet not drinking it, eyes closed as if heâs holding in all his emotions
You grow worried at this sight and slide next to him on the couch where he is seated, hoping you can help alleviate some of that stress
He sees you and he allows himself a sigh, then musters up a smile for you. He greets you and you cut straight to the point - can you help him with anything?
He releases a second sigh and shakes his head, telling you he only needs some sort of distraction. He just had a long day and needs to take his mind off things
You take a second to think of things that you can distract him with â thatâs when a lightbulb goes off in your head. This is a prime opportunity for you
âOkay, Iâm guessing you havenât heard of Five Nights at Freddyâs since itâs a franchise from my world and all but the lore is crazy. So it starts like thisâŠâ
He wasnât expecting to be paying much attention to the contents of what youâre saying but sooner or later, he ends up leaning towards you with his hand cupping his chin, mouth slightly agape at the story youâre telling
This inspires you to dump even more information about the media somehow at the rate that youâre going
By the end of it, heâs completely forgotten what he was so worried about. His head is full of creepy pizzerias for kids and haunted animatronics
He ends up having some trouble sleeping that night though. Heâll get you for that later.
Leona Kingscholar
He wonât lie, your interest in fandoms is too reminiscent of Idia for him â he doesnât admit this to you obviously, since he hasnât had the chance to
But on one particularly boring day, you decide to skip class with him and he lets you tag along for the hell of it
In the span of three seconds, heâs already off in dreamland. Sometimes you wish you had such a skill
Since you have nothing better to do and heâs way too deep in his sleep to even care anyway, you start rambling to yourself and a slumbering Leona
âWell, Iâve been thinking a lot about Undertale lately so I need to dump it all somewhere. So basically you play as this kidâŠâ
Little do you know halfway through his nap, he wakes up from how much youâre talking. At first, heâs annoyed by your yapping but then he grows interest in what youâre saying
Heâs almost tempted to try that game for himself and almost disappointed that itâs not available in Twisted Wonderland. Emphasis on almost.
When youâre done rambling, thatâs when he stretches his arms over his head and yawn, commenting how noisy you were
You shrug it off. You're used to him complaining about you yapping instead of napping alongside him
âŠBut then he asks you to tell him more about Undertale, if there's any more information youâre keeping from him out of the kindness of your heart
You smile smugly at this and his expression seems to say âdon't make me regret askingâ but oh, you definitely will make him regret even being friends with you in the first place
Needless to say, regrets were not the only thing he held at the end of that day.
Azul Ashengrotto
Similar to Leona, your fixation on fandom culture reminds him too much of Idia. not that thatâs necessarily a bad thing - itâs more of an observation
And he gets more than an observation when you get the chance to show him what youâre made of: useless fandom culture and gaming knowledge
Speaking of Idia, he goes to you as a last resort to ask you to help him understand whatever the hell Idiaâs talking about
You donât know too much about Twisted Wonderlandâs fandom culture just yet but when Azul explains the premise of a certain game and its fandom, it gives you an idea
âSounds pretty similar to Yandere Simulator. Ooh, that one has a lot of history. Let me tell you about itâŠâ
Unfortunately for him, he ended up unlocking your geekiness instead of having you address the things he was confused with
But at least your story makes it a bit easier to understand? Heâs yet to decide that really but at least it sounds like youâre taking his lack of slang knowledge into consideration
Your infodump really gripped his attention though - itâs interesting to know another side of human culture, even if itâs not the humans of Twisted Wonderland
He would nod understandingly (or at least, politely) and thank you and your geekiness
He relays your story to Idia and finds it intriguing how similar fandom culture is in both Twisted Wonderland and your world
He would invite you to Board Game Club meetings so that you can rave and find out more about Twisted Wonderlandâs fandom culture with Idia
Heâd realize that was a big mistake and he may or may not have created the nerdiest pair in the world - but you guys are his nerdiest pair in the world.
Kalim Al-Asim
Heâs very curious about fandom culture - he doesnât know too much about it nor anyone who knows a lot about it so almost all the fandom information in his head are from you
He really wants to know more!!! So of course that warrants a hangout session fabricated as a study session to get Jamilâs stamp of approval
So there you are in his room, books laid out in front of the two of you but most importantly, a laptop
You two watch about a dozen videos on Twisted Wonderlandâs fandom culture and as you absorb all the very-much-useful information, you sneak in tidbits from the culture of your world
âThis one in particular is reminiscent of Danganronpa. Man, that one was a wild rideâŠâ
Itâs exciting to be able to talk about it with someone you trust wholeheartedly, especially Kalim, whom you know wouldnât be so judging
He only nods in understanding at every point you made, his eyes sparkling with all the curiosity in his body
You were on your thirteenth video when you two are interrupted by a rap on the door and an unfortunately-familiar voice
So obviously you and your bestie hurriedly rush to close all the tabs on your laptop and open up something more academically-inclined
Which is obviously aâŠdictionary site
Jamil blinks twice at this, says nothing (but probably noting how it makes sense for you guys since you two are bumbling idiots) and walks away
If thereâs any dictionary being read that day, itâd be a dictionary of fandom terminology, thatâs for sure.
Vil Schoenheit
He doesnât know too much about it - and doesnât bother to learn much about it since he has better things to do - but since itâs you, he tries his best to be a good listener
The two of you sit down in the courtyard one day, the chirping of birds and rustling of leaves music to your ears; beauty truly is everywhere around you when youâre next to him
Heâs talking about something. Youâre not sure what because youâre entranced by the way his hair hangs above his eyes so elegantly. He notices this and calls you out for it
You shrug and excuse how you canât help it - heâs like a dating simulator love interest in the real. He asks you what you mean by this. Nowâs your chance to shine!
âHmm, you know, something like Mystic Messenger? Hehe, let me tell you a bit about itâŠâ
Unluckily for him, your âa bitâ turns out to be a four-hour long ramble about the aforementioned dating simulator a little too reminiscent of Rook for his liking too
Despite his reservations, he really did enjoy hearing you talk so passionately about your interest; itâs a bonus that the topic itself is interesting
He tells you he wouldnât mind trying out the game or at least finding out more about it though unfortunately itâs not available in Twisted Wonderland
You share his shame - until he says heâll pitch the concept of the game to some authorities he know and perhaps make it a reality
Sorry, heâs going to what now?
Youâre a little shaken. Sometimes you forget heâs a world-class model, despite his looks and mannerisms. You save your nerves for if a Twisted Wonderland version of Mystic Messenger actually ends up happening
He thanks you for enlightening him about fandom and video gaming culture. You use this as a cue to add another four hours of ranting about Vâs route in the game.
Idia Shroud
Youâre another victim for him to taint⊠or so he thought. Youâre more of an ally than a victim at this point, considering how nerdy you are
Heâd dump fandom lore on you and youâd reciprocate it right back. Heâs genuinely so impressed with your knowledge, even if they differ by some degree due to being from different worlds
He gets more impressed when you pull up with knowledge about Twisted Wonderlandâs fandom culture like damn, you really brushed up on your talking points already
Friendly rivalry aside, he really does enjoy talking about fandom culture with you and hearing about the things from your world - every story you tell adds a little color into his world
One day, the two of you are leaning on each other, on your phones because of course you are, even if you two are friends, talking still isnât Idiaâs strong suit
Thatâs when you blurt it outâ
âHey, wanna hear about this game called Persona? Itâs a turn-based RPG andâŠâ
Regardless of his response to your question, you ended up babbling away either way. Itâs how conversations start between the two of you
Youâre speaking so fast, he would have mistaken you for a rapper - or a doppelganger of himself even
Consider him entertained - he finds himself smiling by the end of your yapping and intrigued by your story
He then obviously starts to relate it to something from Twisted Wonderland, passing the listener baton to you
You donât mind â you can stay there for hours and hours, just going back and forth with your fellow nerdy-ass friend.
Malleus Draconia
This man barely knows how to use a smartphone so you had to be a little patient with him when guiding him through the fandom culture trenches
Heâs happy that you trust and cherish him enough to talk about your interests with no reservations or shame â and the feeling is mutual
On a certain weekend, the two of you are hanging out as usual. Chatting as friends would do
You donât know why but the conversation reminded you of a certain fandom
âItâs kinda like Genshinâs community, I guess. Theyâre a riot, let me tell you that.â
Oh? Whatâs a Genshin and why is its community a riot?
Youâre glad he asked â because youâve prepared a 100-slide presentation on the history of the game and its fans
He asks you why and how did you find the time to make that. You tell him to shut up and that it doesnât matter, he just needs to listen to you
You start and it feels like youâll never stop â thereâs just so much to say and Malleus has so much time in the world
Seeing his reactions to certain events makes you crack up and at times, youâd laugh at his shocked expressions (or sigh exhaustively, depending on the event youâre explaining)
When you finally stop, he gives you a one-man standing ovation. You blush a little at the attention and unexpected reaction but you appreciate his sentiment nonetheless. He tells you that your presentation has been very informative for him
Youâre relieved to have been able to get that off your chest⊠and Malleus is more than ecstatic to relay the information to everyone heâs ever known. You obviously pretend that you had no involvement in his sudden investment of a game from another world.

SSR Dire Crowley - Raven Jacket Vignette
"A dramatic encounter"
[Lecture Hall]
Crowley: Good morning. It is beautiful out, what an absolutely splendid start to such a lovely day.
Crowley: Incidentally⊠Have you noticed any changes in the apple tree growing in the courtyard?
Crowley: Yes, that's right. I'm speaking of the smallest, most recent planted tree within the courtyard.
Crowley: It feels as though it was only yesterday that it first started sprouting, and yet⊠It truly is growing at an astonishing rate.
Crowley: Whenever I chance a glance at that ever-striving tree growing each and every day under rain, shine or clouds, I also feel a twinge of self-reflection to be better.
Crowley: As if telling me that in both happy times and sad, one cannot forget to continue to strive for growth.
Crowley: And also⊠At the same time, I feel as though that tree represents all you students enrolled here at Night Raven College.
Crowley: That is, with respect to the point that with a good environment and proper nourishment, you all are able to grow and mature so wonderfully.
Crowley: âŠWell? Wouldn't you say that was an inspiring speech!?
Leona: Zzz.
Crowley: EXCUSE ME. I JUST HEARD A VERY LARGE SNORE THERE, WHO WAS THAT!?
Azul: It was magnificent! I was utterly enthralled by your wonderfully deep analogy. As one should expect from someone like you, Crowley-sensei!
Riddle: Really? I could have done with a little more tangible explanation, myself.
Riddle: What especially caught my attention was what you said about having "proper nourishment." Headmage, sir! What would that constitute?
Idia: Forget that, was this student assembly even a need? It's not even lol-worthy to think about how much time we've wasted having to listen to the Headmage's self-indulgent monologues on loop.
Vil: I concur. If all you wish to do is chit-chat, could you not gather the entire student body? I would rather use my mornings for my stretching exercises.
Octavinelle Student: Yeah, it's always some kind of useless speech.
Heartslabyul Student: I wanna go back to my dormïœ
[clamoring]
Crowley: EVERYONE PLEASE QUIET DOWN!
Crowley: Anyway! What I was trying to say isâŠ
Crowley: I would like everyone here to carry yourself with pride as befitting a student of Night Raven College.
Kalim: Oh! I was totally lost with what you were saying earlier, I see, so that's what you meant!
Kalim: I totally get it. I'll work hard just like an orange tree does!
Crowley: AN APPLE TREE!
[door opens]
Crowley: Hm? Who could possibly be showing up this late to⊠Ah.
Malleus: âŠ
Crowley: D-DRACONIA-KUN!
Crowley: Right, did anyone tell him that there was to be a campus-wide student assembly
Everyone: Not at all.
Malleus: Was I not extended an invitation once again?
Malleus: You have the gall... To leave me outcastâŠ
[lightning strikes down]
Crowley: W-Wait, Draconia-kun! Do not cast your lightning indoors!
Leona: Yaaaawn⊠Done blabbering, then? 'Kay, meeting over. Everyone back to their dorms.
[everyone nods]
Crowley: Aah, everyone, wait! If you're leaving, please take Draconia-kun with you!
[Cafeteria]
Crowley: For goodnessâ sake. This morning could have gone much better.
Crowley: However, no matter what tribulations I may come across⊠Once it is time for lunch, I immediately feel much better!
Crowley: And that's all thanks to the delicious fare our school provides. What is the recommended meal of the day?
Ghost Chef: Welcome, Headmage. Today's recommendation is an exceptionally filling meat pie filled with large chunks of beef!
Crowley: Sounds fantastic. Please, I would have that, then.
Crowley: Oh, hello, Crewel-sensei and Vargas-sensei. I see Trein-sensei is with you too!
Crowley: Are you all taking lunch together? May I join you?
Vargas: Absolutely, yes, come and sit with us! I bet it'd be more than a hassle to find another seat when it's this crowded, anyway.
Crewel: I also was unable to find other seating, so here I am, reluctantly keeping company with a scold.
Trein: I do believe if you wish to avoid a lecture you would do well to not do anything warranting one.
Trein: âŠOh. I see that you've ordered the beef pie, Headmage.
Crowley: That's correct. I am an avid connoisseur of meat, yes.
Crowley: Of course I'll eat it all, including beef, pork, chicken, and even wild game.
Trein: Wild game?
Crowley: Indeed, gibier, it's called. Have you ever tried it?
Vargas: Oh yeah, gibier! Last time I had some was when I ate some venison, and it sure did taste so delicious that I was overflowing with energyïœ
Crowley: You have a distinguished palate, Vargas-sensei. How wonderful.
Crowley: There are a multitude of other gibier meat to try, you know. I do hope you all have a chance toâŠ
Sam: ïŒ©ïŒź ïŒłïŒŽïŒŻïŒŁïŒ« ïŒźïŒŻïŒ·!
Everyone: AHH!!
Crowley: S-Sam-kun⊠I implore you to not pop in from behind us like that!
Sam: Nyeheehee. You all looked like you were lost in such enjoyable conversation, I just couldn't help myself.
Crewel: This is a rare sight, Sam. You're usually tending to the Mystery Shop around this time, aren't you?
Sam: The cafeteria ghosts had asked for a delivery of some ingredients, is all.
Sam: Headmage, if you're interested in some gibier that's a little more difficult to get your hands on, you know I got you.
Sam: Whatever kind of food you may want, I can procure it for you.
Crowley: You're fantastic, Sam-kun. How wonderfully supportive. HoweverâŠ
Crowley: In all actuality, I also have a fondness for vegetables, fruits and sweets in addition to meat. I love anything that is not spicy!
Crewel: I am fully aware. For as long as I remember, your omnivorous habits have made for quite the reputation.
Crowley: Omniv⊠Could you possibly say that in a more appropriate manner!?
Sam: âŠHm? I just noticed that everyone's ordered very different dishes. Really goes to show each of your preferences.
Vargas: Since I always have my muscles on my mind, I make it so my lunches are egg dishes packed full of protein!
Crewel: I do like meat pies myself, so I did consider it⊠But that size is far too much for me.
Crewel: It may be perfect for those growing students, but it is most likely in excess of the recommended nutritional intake for us adults.
Trein: Indeed. I also selected something else when I saw it with my own eyes.
Trein: If I ate such a thing for lunch, I would still feel it weighing me down during afternoon classes.
Crowley: Is that so? Such a shame. It's so deliciousïœ
Vargas: Nice, that's a great appetite you got. I'll have to work hard to keep up!
Trein: Look at him, devouring that hearty and greasy meat pie so easily⊠He truly is young at heartâŠ
Crewel: You're not wrong, he hasn't changed one bit from my student days.
Trein: For that matter, I don't believe he's changed since I started my tenure here at Night Raven CollegeâŠ
Crewel: Headmage⊠How old is he truly? I'm curious, and yet I'm not sure I want to knowâŠ
Sam: Nyeheehee. He's truly a man of mystery. It piques one's curiosity.
Crowley: Ah, so delicious. Past me deserves such gracious thanks for hiring these Five-Star restaurant chefs.
Crowley: And what a dramatic encounter it was meeting those chef ghosts.
Crowley: That was⊠Oh, hm. How many decades ago, now?
[Main Street]
Crowley: Now, what shall I do this afternoon? The other professors are busy with classes, so mayhaps I'll go while away the time at Sam-kun's shopâŠ
???: We ain't gotta sweat the small stuff, c'mon.
Crowley: Hm? This voiceâŠ
Grim: No one'll notice if we skip one or two classes. We should totally just snag a few z's instead, myahaha!
1. Let's hurry and head back towards the classroom.
2. Maybe you're right and no one will catch usâŠ
Crowley: That certainly was Grim-kun's voice, I seeâŠ
Crowley: Even if it is just those two, how could there be anyone with the audacity to cut class at my academy! I absolutely cannot believe it!
Savanaclaw Student: Hey, we'll be using that bench to relax on while we ditch class. Get off.
Grim: Huuh!? I'm the one who found this sunny spot first!
Crowley: WHAâ THERE ARE OTHERS CUTTING CLASS AS WELL!?
Crowley: Not only are there multiple students missing class, it seems a fight is about to break out, as well⊠What is with this break in decorum at this school?
Crowley: EXCUSE ME, YOU LOT! YOU SHOULD ALL BE IN CLASS RIGHT NOW!
Grim: Urgh. Someone annoying's found us.
Crowley: [Yuu]-kun, it is most troublesome if you cannot look after Grim-kun properly.
1. I'm sorry.
Crowley: How refreshing⊠It's so moving to have someone apologize so forthright immediately after breaking a ruleâŠ
2. Grim just doesn't listen to me.
Crowley: Y-You're just running yourself ragged, I see⊠Poor thing to have to deal with Grim-kun like this.
Crowley: All of you return to class this instant. It should be an honor that you have the privilege of attending classes here.
Crowley: Magic is not something so simple that can be controlled on talent alone.
Crowley: Of course, natural talent may be important, but what truly matters is maturing your abilities through daily growth and experiences.
Crowley: You all do remember my very loving speech from this morning, yes?
Grim: It was all about somethin' boring, so I wasn't listening.
Ignihyde Student: Yeah. Same.
Crowley: EXCUSE ME!? [Yuu]-kun, please tell me you had your listening ears on this morning?
1. Of course I remember.
Crowley: Whew... At least you're a good student.
2. Something about grape trees, right?
Crowley: APPLE TREES!
Ignihyde Student: Man, you're so annoying⊠You keep yammering on, but there's really no reason to listen to you, is there?
Diasomnia Student: Seriously. Itâs not like I've ever seen the Headmage do any kind of crazy strong magic or anything, and even the Housewardens were ignoring him at the student assemblyâŠ
Savanaclaw Student: He ain't scary at all. Just ignore him!
Crowley: âŠWhat pitiful children.
Crowley: Well, I suppose I have no choice. I'll just have to show you exactly how important incremental advancement in your studies can be.
Crowley: âŠFOR MY KINDNESS KNOWS NO BOUNDS!
Students: HRRGHH!
Grim: Oh hey, that stuff wrapped around those guys is the Headmage's uh⊠weird rope thing!
Crowley: This is not rope. This is my lash of love! A slightly stronger version than before.
Savanaclaw Student: OW, OW! I'M GETTING SQUEEZEDïœ!
Diasomnia Student: This kinda magic should be no problem to break out⊠Hurng, I can't!? Wh-Why? Our magic's not even making a scratch on it!
Crowley: That should be expected. You do realize I am the Headmage here, yes? This level of magic comes as easily to me as breathing does.
Crowley: It's one thing when those who comprehend my power, like the Housewardens, speak in jestâŠ
Crowley: But it would be completely disgraceful of me as an instructor to be belittled by students like you who have no knowledge of the difference in our abilities.
Crowley: You should try to comprehend how unripe your magical abilities still are.
Grim: Yeah, yeah, get 'em, Crowley! Show 'em what little they know!
1. I wouldn't get too carried awayâŠ
2. Wouldn't it be better to run before
Crowley: And a lash of love for you! My more heedful version!
Grim: GRRAAHïœ!
1. Astounding, no matter how many times I see it!
2. Your lightning quick flick made quick work of him!
Crowley: Heh, you don't have to go that far in praising⊠Hold on now, Grim-kun! No matter how much you thrash about, nothing will come of it. Calm yourself.
Crowley: After all, I have such high expectations for you, Grim-kun. That includes you too, [Yuu]-kun.
Crowley: I fully believe that the two of you will be integral to changing the future of this academy.
Crowley: I'm sure you two will be all I hope for and more, don't you?
Grim: Yeah, yeah, I gotchu. Just leave it all to the genius Grim-sama.
Grim: âŠSO LET ME GO ALREADYïœ!
Crowley: Well then. I suppose I'll just take you all to your assigned classes just like this now.
Grim: Huh!? If you drag us along all tied up like this, everyone that'll see us will all point and laughâŠ!
Grim: LET GO, LET ME GOOO!
Crowley: I must make sure that you Night Raven College students properly reflect on your actions and learn from each experience.
Crowley: And that is because you are all one of my very precious, precious apple trees...

SSR Dire Crowley - Raven Jacket Voice Lines
When Summoned:Â Well met. Come, at this academy I shall teach you the art of magic.
Summon Line:Â Is something troubling you? You may tell me anything. After all, I am so very gracious!
Groooovy!!:Â This is the prestigious arcane academy, Night Raven College. Never let go of that school pride.
Home:Â Did you call for me?
Home Idle 1:Â It's not only the students who look forward to the holidays, but the faculty as well. And that includes me, of course!
Home Idle 2:Â Why do I interrupt class from time to time...? Don't say it like that! I'm simply popping in to give a firm hand to all the lollygagging!
Home Idle 3:Â Oh no... It seems my shoes have become a little scuffed. I'll have to polish them to sparkling later.
Home Idle - Login:Â Are you doing well over at the Ramshackle dormitory? ...No, no, there's no need to answer. I can tell just by the look on your face that you are absolutely satisfied.
Home Idle - Groovy:Â It is a relief to see you properly diligent in your studies. Now, if only those other care-free students would learn from your example.
Home Tap 1:Â That ghost camera was just gathering dust deep in storage... Ahem, I mean, it was stored securely. Please handle it with care.
Home Tap 2: I don't interfere with the lifestyle and conventions of each particular dorm. I thoroughly believe in a student's right to autonomy... I also have no time to spare.
Home Tap 3:Â You wish to see me at my full strength? it seems you know no fear... As your Headmage, I can't help but worry.
Home Tap 4: Hey! Grim-kun stole and ate my snacks again! Please keep a proper eye on him!
Home Tap 5:Â Eh, you want me to help you with your studies? Oh, I'm so sorry... If I teach you, that would take away the other professor's purpose of being here.
Home Tap - Groovy: It is a great help to have a diligent and capable student such as yourself. Please continue to look after our problem children, prefect.
Duo:
[CROWLEY]: This is a good lesson for you, Grim-kun.
[GRIM]: I don't need no lesson from you, Headmage!
