I’m giving my first #UsydSocMed seminar this morning for MECO6936. Looking forward to meeting everyone and talking all things social media. Anyone notice the news about casinos and influencers this morning? https://t.co/WQlYSewNgC

This is as thorough and accessible a guide as you’re likely to find on one of the most significant areas of growth in practice.

Thanks to @greenbanana, @andismit and @DrJonWhite for putting this important report together. https://t.co/2wET6Kj5Ih
Killing time before one last late call with New York. Stop me with a GIF before I buy another grey hoodie.

At our #influencermarketing webinar last week, speakers @Twomey, @CCPCIreland @Darrenken @dentsu and @sabguthrie gave insights on the growing and ever changing influencer industry and how #trust and #authenticity will remain key pic.twitter.com/bozx3BVJah

I sent the first issue of my weekly newsletter 8 years ago today, to 252 people. This week’s issue went to 158,014. So that turned out OK. A thread.

Well, I just had my first Twitter Spaces experience. It was quite nice, actually. Might help our little home here become a bit more personal. Clubhouse has a lot of momentum, but if Twitter can organize rooms better, I’d rather be here.

I was just looking at blog post traffic for someone.
Over 24k visitors in 2021 so far.
Happy with that.
Thank you if that’s you 🖤 pic.twitter.com/0Z2E9G59lC

🎯 As a longtime user of @Cision and @Brandwatch , I can tell you conventional PR pros relying only on @Cision miss out on finding creators who pack the most influence. Still comes down to adoption though… smart agencies have already been using both tools in tandem.
— Zach Silber (@zachsilber) February 27, 2021
Yep. Cision bought BuzzSumo in 2017, and Brandwatch bought Crimson Hexagon in 2019. So take all these different tools and services, and now brands can use multiple avenues through the platforms to get message out beyond direct earned media.
