"I know that I'm not, but I didn't think cult leader was a normal topic of conversation." She chuckled, imagining that James had a great many willing to volunteer to be with him. Then again the sample of people at the Institute tended to be a bit more amorous than the general population. She smiled softly. Of all the ways that the Institute ate away at her morals and sense of right and wrong, it still had brought so much good to her life. "I'm glad you found a home here. It's complicated for me. I never belonged anywhere until I came here. I was the girl who heard voices. I was called crazy more times than I care to count, yet here it was just normal. I had a power that others had. I made friends. I found love. It was the first time I lived a regular life even as twisted as it is."

"What you think you are the only one that ever complimented me?" He smirked a little and perhaps it had not been said exactly that way it did not mean that she was the only one either. As she asked if he ever regretted coming here he laughed a little then shook his head. "No. Hell I'd probably be dead if I wasn't here. Listening to my family and all their religious mumbo jumbo I'd be dead. Maybe some aspects don't like but overall I love it here. What about you I know you hate a lot of the aspects of the island."

She chuckled, eyes rolling skyward. "You mean there was more than one?" She did wonder who else was feeding James' ego. Some of what she said was to flatter her friend, but most of it was in earnest truth. Trust James to remember the joke. "I would never." She smiled, eyes watching the water. "Do you ever regret coming here?"

"Maybe I am a god you never know. You were one of the first that told me I should have worshippers of a sex cult or whatnot." He teased her a little having fun. "Whatever you want this weekend or another weekend. And if I'm being completely honest it is not a whole lot of work, but don't tell the administration that I like my nice pay."

"Maybe not for you. You look like you are one of those sun gods." Then again she didn't make much of an effort. Most of what she did took place indoors- especially as of late. "A girls' weekend does sound nice, but they might be busy. I'll talk to them and see when they won't be busy. Thanks James." The blonde smiled. "Maybe a friends' weekend so that guys can come too. It would be a shame if you were stuck working all weekend." She rolled her eyes, sticking her tongue out at the comment about Keith.

"Well it doesn't take much to go outside or a trip around the island. Maybe you could have a girls weekend. Get Qhuinn and Scarlett and whoever else on the yacht and I can take you all out on the ocean and I'll keep my presence minimal. Plus can't have two broody people in a relationship." He teased her a little again about her boyfriend.
