Therapy is risky because sometimes they'll just ask you their standard "why can't you, though", and you think you're making some good point by saying something like "well if I don't do anything with my life then what's the point of being alive in the first place" and your therapist gets that look on their face and you immediately realise that your dumb ass just got caught, pinned to the ground with your stupid-ass neck between the spikes of a pitchfork, and you are not going to wiggle out of there before you two unpack what the fuck you just said.

Fakir’s role and power as a writer, rather than his sword, was what ultimately allowed him to save the people he loves. Just like writing, it was not easy, and literally cost him his blood, sweat, and tears. I think most viewers who watched the anime’s finale shed a few tears of their own, because I sure did!

While the blackthorn alludes to Fakir’s prickly personality, additional reasons why I chose to pair it with Fakir is because it’s sap can be used to make ink for writing, and in some pagan traditions it’s also associated with magic and witchcraft. It’s therefore quite appropriate for a character with magical powers through his written words. ✍️

Ok but- Hear me Out, Fakiru fans!!

For years, I've been reading so many Fakiru fanfictions that I'm surprised I didn't realize this, until about three days ago...

I was cleaning my house while my music was playing and that's when I found my sketchbooks from 5 years ago... And I was really surprised that every song that was played had some relation to my drawings...

So here I will leave you the songs that I feel fit the most with the Fakir x Ahiru couple.

This song talks about a war and the singer mentions that when he thinks he is fighting the war alone, he remembers her with him on the front lines of battle. He also says that as hope fades, he now only needs her name to know the reasons why he is fighting.

If you ask me, it sounds exactly like the plot of the first part of the series.

This song gives me so many Fakir vibes... He needs the love of the person he loves to keep fighting his fatal destiny. He's completely used to putting his own needs aside to protect Mytho and Ahiru, so deep down he must think that he just needs to be by her side so that his motivation doesn't disappear.

The here and now will bow to him to only serve one purpose

He takes on the world all in a stride

So won't you remember when the night comes

I truly believe that if Fakir wanted to confess his love, it would be with this song.

The writing is beautiful without falling into the explicit and far-fetched... The song is cryptic enough to let Ahiru know what he wants to tell her without feeling so ashamed of his desperate feelings.

So I just saw a post by a random personal blog that said “don’t follow me if we never even had a conversation before” and?????? Not to be rude but literally what the fuck??????????

I’ve had people (non-pornbots) try to strike conversation out of nowhere in my DMs recently, and now I’m wondering if they were doing that because they wanted to follow me and thought they needed to interact first. I feel compelled to say, just in case, that it’s totally okay to follow this blog (or my side blog, for that matter) even if we’ve never talked before.

Also, I’m legit confused. Is this how follow culture works right now? It was worded like it’s common sense but is that really a thing?

liking a fictional villain is in no way comparable to advocating abuse/murder/genocide/etc and you’re a fucking idiot if you believe that

just because a woman is attracted to a fictional villain doesn’t mean she’s promoting toxic relationships or going to end up in a toxic relationship. assuming women can’t tell fiction and reality apart stinks of internalized misogyny 

some rando’s a/b/o fanfics have none of the level of influence that popular tv shows and movies spreading propaganda have

no one owes you a detailed description of their traumas and mental health problems

abusive relationships are not the same as enemies to lovers ships

y’all need to chill the fuck out over people, relationships, actions and events that don’t actually exist and learn how to enjoy and discuss them like normal people
