I'm a little piece of shit who gained back the weight.... I'll give me 5 rules, because I'm too dumb to follow more and I need to be on point with them.
1: 2L of water
2: 1 cup of Tea or Coffee
3: any drink of my choice (no more than 150 calories. The lower the better.)
4: no food before 10 am
5: no food after 9 PM
