Once you start to be more self aware of yourself you won’t have to look for an external source of attention/pleasure/and ALL the above Seriously… you will feel so more focused and on track to what you want but more importantly what you know you MUST do This is a simple question to ask yourself: “What do I really want?” Then go deep in your why. You just gotta face your discomfort, your fears and listen to your own silence because it really does say A TON more then than when you are communicating with others Dig deep and see what fulfills you yet challenges you the most.
