hi hello. so i'm still debating what i want to do with jacob. i miss writing him, but also my muse is always much higher for josh and always so low for poor jacob. also i've been in several group rpgs, and i dropped out of two, and i'm currently in one which has been slowing down a lot and i fear that it might sadly disban :/ but anyway i might return on here just be very slow.

sorry for disappearing for a long time. i had a really tough year. being laid off, my depression being really bad, and health just going to shit. but things are picking up slowly and yea. i might do some writing here with very light acticity. sorry in advance to my partners 😭

   “ i’m fine — ”  he reassured him.  “ couch is just as good. ”  truthfully, it wasn’t.  but he’d offered jacob the bed because he was socialized — not to mention instinctively inclined — to look after those who needed it.  and jacob needed a bed.  so damon wouldn’t have it any other way.  simple as that.  “ you, uh — you can’t sleep either? ”  he turned so he was facing the young witch, bringing his knee up on the couch — doing so reminding him he was wearing boxers and hence freeballing —  and shirtless and now extremely close to the pretty young boy who sat beside him who was also dressed minimally… ( it had crossed damon’s mind earlier in the evening how attractive the boy was — just his type.  but when he needed a place to stay, it felt opportunistic and wrong to angle for sex after already offering his place to crash — as if suggesting he expected sexual favors in exchange. )

    he looked at damon, chuckling at the response that he gave.   he clearly wasn’t fine.   he had given up his really nice bed so that jacob would be able to sleep comfortably.   and the couch, as comfortable it was to sit on, didn’t look so comfortable to sleep on for more than a couple days.   “ you don’t have to lie, ” he whispered.   “ but to answer your question, yea, can’t seem to sleep.  thought maybe i’d come and give you company, if that was alright, ” he smiled.   he kept his eyes on the other male, seeing the man’s body, nothing but boxers that he had on.   for a werewolf, the man was very fit.  jacob had his black tank top on, with briefs on him.   jacob had a decent body, for someone that was in an imprisoned world for over a century.   “ or you can keep me company.   i don’t mind sharing the bed, besides, you seem like you would prefer it, ” he chuckled.

jacob always thought his life was meant for a different purpose.  he was born, he’d fall in love, he’d get marry, grow old and die.  but life had somehow shifted.  his timeline sure did, of many years.   and coming back to reality was something he needed time to adjust.   so he was glad that max was around to be someone constant for him, someone he could ground him to where he was, and who he was now.   “ you have.  you helped me a lot.   i was kinda lost before coming here, before meeting you, ” jacob admitted.

To think they only had gotten so close because Max had taken it upon himself to keep an eye on Jacob. Well, Leela had played her part too. Encouraged him even, after the alpha had admitted he wasn’t doing it from a distance. No, he had approached Jacob and aimed to become friends with him. However, he had gotten a little more attached than a friend would do. “You’re doing great though.” Max continued to tease, before lifting his hands. “Okay, I’ll stop.” Reaching out he placed a hand on Jacob’s shoulder. “I didn’t realize I’ve helped you this much.”
