So this was not what I meant when I said this year would be different. But about 4 weeks ago I had a accident and I sustained injuries to both arms and one shoulder. I’m still recovering and will be for a few more weeks at best.
I hope to be back soon.

This is my latest blog all about the film Le Quattro Volte (The Four Times). Director; Michelangelo Frammartino in 2010.
This is a presentation and small discussion piece that I wrote for Uni where I discussed a couple of scenes in the film and why they could be used to argue that Frammartino set out to make a non-anthropocentric film.
I loved this film - so glad that I got to re-watch it, and re-watch it and re-watch it, you know when you have to study a film you have to watch it so many times, but this was never a boring or a chore to watch.
I know that many of the films that I have been watching lately are Italian and that is because I have just finished studying Italian film so I was introduced to do many wonderful films that I hadn’t seen before.
