Sun and Moon x Pregnant!Reader

- Okay so, your Ex fucked off the moment they heard you were pregnant. Lovely, I know.

- You were still in the early weeks of your pregnancy as you started to look for another job. Not only your ex had the perfect timing of leaving but also your last job. Well, you had to find another work, gotta feed another mouth pretty soon.

- Most jobs wouldn´t accept a pregnant person but the Pizzaplex is an odd place anyway. They actually looked for another Daycare Attendant as the number of children to care for increased a lot. I guess you being pregnant kind of gave them the impression you could handle children.

- You fully expected the other caretaker to be another human but you were pleasantly surprised as you ran into Sunny for the first time. If you´ve read my general headcanons about him or any other headcanons about him for that matter you know how welcoming he is with anyone new.

- You both got along from the very first day. Working with Sunny was a pleasure. They have a ton of experience with children and know how to make them behave. You could say you are very lucky to be working with such an expert, you can make always mental notes for your future child, it´s a great help.

- Of course, you soon get to meet Moon too. He startled you a little at first. He was much more... grumpy and distant than Sun, maybe even a bit cold. Yet you didn´t mind too much. You were always friendly and polite to him and you soon noticed that he actually cared for you, even if he sometimes has trouble showing so.

- At the beginning, Sun didn´t realize you were pregnant, not even as your belly started to grow. He just thought you gained some weight, nothing wrong with that! First, as some children asked to pat your stomach he grew confused. Yet it literally took him one of the children yelling "MY MOMMY IS PREGNANT TOO! BUT HER BELLY IS MUUUUCH BIGGER" for him to understand. (I can literally hear Moon facepalming in the background because Sun is being so fucking dense)

- He has to talk to himself in front of a mirror for a good 10 minutes before he can find the courage to ask you about your belly. As you confirm his "suspicion" it takes him a long moment to understand the meaning of this. His voice turns much softer and almost weak as he asks you if he can touch your belly. Of course, you accept and he is almost sounding like he´s purring as his big hand cups your belly.

- Moon never really said anything to it but the further your pregnancy evolved the more protective he becomes. He places random objects nearby you, such as food, water, extra pillows, or covers... he makes sure you take care of yourself without having to directly tell you.

- Sun on the other hand loves talking about your pregnancy. So happy and excited they are for you. They demand you bring your baby into the daycare as soon as possible. The daycare is actually only allowed for those over the age of 2... but they can surely bend that rule just for you. No way they can wait 2 years until meeting them!

- You never actually mentioned your Ex until Sunny actually asks about them, in his usual innocent way.

..Oh _____! You need to introduce us to the other parent too too too!"

,,Oh Sunny...They... uh... they don´t want to have anything to do with me or the baby."

You´ve never seen the Animatronic THAT silent during all those months you worked her. As he tilts his head to the side his neck actually cracks and for a second you are worried he broke something.

,,Why? Whywhywhywhy?"

,,They didn´t wanted to care for the baby. The moment they found out I was pregnant they left me. They actually wanted me to do an abortion because they wanted to enjoy their "youth" and not take that huge responsibility."

Silence and once more you were worried you broke him as a whole. It takes him a good 30 seconds before he starts to bounce again as usual but you swear you saw a red gleam in his eyes, just for a second.

,,Well! Pitypitypitypity! Now you´ve got us though! Mhhh! I and Moon will care for you! And the little baby! Yessss!"

- Your Ex tested you every now and then to discuss some stuff about the baby but after the day you told Sunny about them ditching you they somehow never responded to any texts anymore. They weren´t even online anymore since that day. How odd that the same night you told Sunny about all this Moon kind of disappeared out of the Pizzaplex for a good few hours.

Don´t worry about it, I am sure they are just fine.

- As you had your maternity leave Sun and Moon missed you terribly but they made due. In the end, Sun is as excited as a dog who hasn´t seen you in years as you return sometime later while pushing a stroller into the daycare. He was all over you, bombarding you with questions and hugging you so tightly you had to remind him that you DO need air to breathe.

- While he is busy nuzzling your face and telling you how much he missed you, all you can do is giggle. You missed that big goof too. After a few minutes of cuddling and you explaining to him what happened, he bows over the stroller.

,,MAY I LOOK? PLEASEPLEASEPLEASEI´LLBEGOODPLEASE-"

Him stumbling over his words makes you laugh even more. As you nod he carefully raises the cover and he GASPS.

You had twins.

,,Baby? BABIES?! TW-TWO?"

- Sunny was THRILLED. He instantly started to care for them like he would be their mother. The Animatronic loved the two little babies from the start and it made your heart dwell with happiness every time he acted with them.

- Moon first avoided the babies, almost like the plague, he simply watched from above. He was scared of frightening them. Yet as you visited once during nap time, meaning the lights were off the daycare, and you couldn´t get your twins to sleep he slowly approached you for the first time.

- You saw how he picked both of them up, hesitant and so careful like they would be made out of glass before starting to rock them into his arms while singing a lullaby. Both never fell asleep that quickly and as you smiled at Moon you could swear that the Animatronic started to blush.

- Your babies, and you as a whole, are more than safe when you have those two care for you!

He didn’t even let you hug him at first and would get really aggressive if you even lightly touched him in any way

You later found out it was because lots of people had the tendency to ‘take their anger out’ on him or purposely try to damage him because he was ‘creepy’

He flinches if you raise your arms too fast but he trusts you enough that he knows you won’t try to damage him in anyway

He adores the warm feeling he gets when you hug him and cuddle him but a part of him still gets anxious

He feels so cared for when you love on him though, so he’ll try his best to get over his fears for you!

The more you work with him the better he’ll get until eventually he will initiate cuddles and hugs

Hey hey hey!! I wrote this while listening to a nursery rhyme that reminded me of you :)

It was about two parents taking care of kids and making them smile! Just like we do!! But we’re not parents hahaha! I sometimes wish we were :(

But anyways, how are you doing today! If you got this it’s because the little girl with the twin pigtails gave it to you, she helped me add the drawings and glitter to this to make it sparkly :)

I did not want to be writing right now, especially since it’s nap time but a kid handed me a paper with a color pencil and we made a deal that he’d sleep if I wrote something. Even if he technically didn’t have a choice no matter what we agreed on.

Oddly enough the little devil told me to write something to you, so here it is. Sun probably gave this to you, or you found it where I’ll be sitting it near the front entrance of the daycare.

Kid doesn’t know what I’m writing luckily, couldn’t have him misbehaving and poking fun at me for this. >:(

How are you? You better be doing good, and if you’re not I’ll help you relax and sleep to keep your mind off of whatever is troubling you.

Daycare Supervisor

You dropped your heavy duffel bag on the floor and looked around the small room. There was a bed tucked in the corner on the wall where the door was and a vanity opposite the head of the bed, lined with lightbulbs. Along the way leading to the bathroom door was a dresser, a bookshelf, and a small setup with a microwave and a mini fridge. You sat down in front of the vanity and pulled down the note taped to it.

Welcome new daycare supervisor! As the daycare supervisor it is within your duties to dictate the cleaning bots, watch over the children, and most importantly: take care of the Daycare Attendant! Below are instructions for taking care of each of his personalities.

Sundrop: Watch the children from afar and ensure safety. Supply Sundrop with any materials he requires. Keep Sundrop company at night. Return Sundrop to charging stations every hour

Moondrop: Avoid when possible. Moondrop will appear when the lights are off and will punish anyone not sleeping, including you. Moondrop will patrol the pizzaplex every hour from 1am-6am. When he returns, turn the lights on and charge Sundrop.

You placed the note back on the vanity and stood up. When you opened the door of your room, you could faintly hear the music of the daycare center from the hallway. According to the horribly complicated digital map that had been sent to you, your room was right behind the daycare. The hallway would dump you out in the lobby by the entrance where you would be able to leave whenever you needed to go shopping for yourself or Sundrop.

Under most circumstances you never would have dreamed of working a 24/7 job but you were desperate, to put it gently. You were out on the streets so this job with its provided room, one free meal a day, and jaw dropping salary was just what you needed. Being on Sundrop’s beck and call at all times probably wasn’t totally legal but you were promised you would get 8 hours of sleep somehow and you got a nice 12 hours a week all to yourself.

The music got louder as you approached the backdoor of the daycare. It was still early so there shouldn’t be too many kids; the perfect time to introduce yourself to the robot you would be babysitting.

The metal door creaked open and you had to squint to adjust to the bright and vibrant colors of the play area. Before you could register what was happening a soft padded hand grabbed yours and shook it with enthusiasm.

“You must be my new friend!!” A robotic voice exclaimed. “Oh we’re going to have so much fun together! We’ll make fun crafts and have puppet shows and eat pizza together while we watch over all the kiddos!!”

Finally you looked up and took in the animatronic towering over you. He couldn’t seem to stop moving and his brightly colored face swayed as he talked. He was a bit intimidating, but with his friendly smile and silly jester getup, it was hard to be scared of him.

“It’s nice to meet you Sundrop. I’m Y/n, I’ll be taking care of you and the daycare from now on.” You gave him a friendly smile that only seemed to make him more excited.

“Oh yep, yep, yep! They told me all about you Y/n! Look!! I even made you this.” In his outstretched hand was a name tag with your name on it, nearly illegible due to how much glitter glue was covering it. The name tag had a border of bright stickers and even some hand drawn smiley faces.

“You made this for me?” You smiled as you pinned the name tag to your shirt.

“Of course I did! You’re as important to the daycare as I am! The kiddos have to know your name!” He ruffled your hair with a soft padded hand as he gave you a goofy grin.

You looked over his shoulder and noticed a group of parents walking in with their kids. Sun followed your gaze and enthusiastically waved to the families. He bid you a cheerful farewell as he bounded over to check in the kids.

You watched him go in a state of awe at his intricate programming. Who would’ve thought that a machine could be so friendly?

It was only through a cruel twist of fate, and one forgotten signature, that you found yourself evicted for the weekend. You would be able to speak to an adviser on Monday, but that left you two whole days with nowhere to go. Where would you sleep? What would you eat? You didn’t have money for a room or take out!

Forced to leave everything behind except for what you could carry in a backpack, you went to your shitty part time job. At Freddy Fazbear’s Mega Pizzaplex.

 You hoped you could figure something out by the end of your shift, but that didn’t happen. Being a Saturday night the place was packed.

 Birthday parties.

Screaming children.

Upset parents demanding to speak to a manager.

 Everything that could go wrong, did. By the time your shift was over you were exhausted and wanted nothing more than to go home and curl up in bed. Of course, that wasn’t an option.

 Driving somewhere else was also out of the question. You barely had enough gas to make it to work and you still had a shift on Sunday to work. You supposed you could sleep in your car, but the thought of sleeping in your tiny beater made your already stiff back twinge. Besides, if you used all your gas to stay warm through the night you would still end up stranded.

 It was too bad you couldn’t just stay at the Pizzaplex.

 The more you thought about it, the more you began to wonder… why couldn’t you stay in the Pizzaplex? There was plenty of room, and you could always charge whatever you ate to your employee account. It wouldn’t technically be stealing. If security found you, you could just say you lost track of time and didn’t hear the closing announcements before the building locked down. They wouldn’t be able to throw you out until morning anyway.

 With your mind made up, you pretended to leave then hid in the bathroom until midnight.

Maybe binge a TV show or try reading one of the books you’d bought but never got around to reading after. One thing about Moon's eyes, i kept thinking why did the Fazbear entertainment gave him glowing red eyes that might scare the jesus out of children?

But then it hit me, Moon has red eyes ONLY IN THE DARK. It's one of those night light visions that helps him keep track of the kids during nap time. Because Superstar Daycare isn't just a place for playing, it's a DAYCARE and they probably scheduled nap time for the younger kids. My theory is that Moon usually have his eyes closed.

Or when he keeps them open, it's blue.

Like on the doll and from the illustration at the side of the arcade machine.

The reason Moon looks terrifying is that kids aren't supposed to see him in the dark, they should be sleeping!
