okay idk if this is something that ppl can relate to but i need advice

i tend to ~stim~ both when i get excited and anxious and i usually flap my wrists around but i’ve been having wrist pain and it hurts when i do that so i was wondering if anyone had any alternate stims that they used to get that excess energy from those emotions out so that it doesn’t hurt! i’d appreciate anything :)
