I took a class this semester from the faculty of educational sciences (out of curiousity). I actually quite like it. But this book is horrible to work with hahah... It's just very different and vague, but it is what it is.

why isn’t anyone allowed to be wrong anymore? it’s okay to be wrong. being wrong, and realizing you were wrong, is how you learn and grow.

challenge day 19 of 70 deposits 🪽
fitness: dancer sculpt workout
academics: completed chapter notes & discussion—most importantly, i paced myself.
spiritual growth:
• just want to share bc this chapter has been so pivotal to my growth: today marks one year since the end of a long-term relationship that once took a heavy toll on me. so today i celebrate the purging it took to get here, and the mended relationship i have with love as a result. just a few months ago, i didn’t know if i’d ever truly heal, but here i am. 🩶 my heart goes out to anyone healing from a trauma bond. it’s difficult beyond words but so possible.
• we don’t need to hold onto what we brought us happiness and security in the past. happiness and intuitive wisdom are just side effects of being present. everything we need finds us in this moment.
a/n: i’ve been singing hanni’s version of once in a moon all day. it’s like a lovely lullaby for the occasion.

challenge day 10 of 70 deposits 🪼
fitness: 4 mile jog :)
academics: a&p notes + made exam flashcards 📃
spiritual growth/insights: i made amends with someone today, which is a big milestone given our history and my trauma. i was genuine and stayed true to my loving practice. i can be at peace knowing i gave my best 💌 other affirmations:
• i have a colorful, enriching community that grounds and uplifts me.
• i welcome renewal.
• i allow thoughts and emotions to run their course without judgement; i focus my energy on how i respond to them in the present. are they signifying needs to attend to? are they conceptualizing or acting from the past?
• i am resourced, regulated, valuable, loving, authentic, clear, and connected.

Yesterday evening I went to a seminar about addiction. It really lighted a fire in my soul. On the side they also said something about religion and fundamentalism, which is relevant for my master thesis! Moreover I met a few people there that I already knew and I was able to carpool with them back home. It was so nice seeing them again.
