Mercury has moved!

Hey guys, so I know I just recently got back on this blog in the past week or so, but because I have so many muses to keep track of for RWBY, I have decided to move Merc to a multi-muse with the rest of my muses! Please give a follow over at @protectorsofremnant if you still want to interact.

mercury’s morning hair routine leaked

  How would he react to her choice to abandon Salem? What would he say..? She had come to accept Cinder never cared about her but to find Mercury walking away too…she didn’t know if she could andle that. Not him…He had been the only constant in her life. 

“I-..N-No I am! I’m-…” Finally gaining the courage to look him in the eyes, she shook her head, minty locks swaying as she did. “I’m glad you’re alright. I’ve been worried for weeks I just-….I don’t know how to explain it.” Emerald took a shaky breath. “I’m not going to help Salem destroy everything, Mercury. I just can’t. That’s not what I signed up for and I know you don’t want that either. I want to leave all this behind. Just me and you. Those Hunter kids I-..eherm. Well I kinda helped them out too while you were away.” She flinched waiting for his reacction.

“Neither of us signed up for it,” he replied after a moment. Sure, he wanted to take his anger and pain out on others. To stand above those opposed them. But things had changed. It was more about the destruction of the entire world than taking their place above the rest. An idea that Mercury now found conflict with. It was hard to come to terms with their goal not having been the one they had been really reaching for. 

He let his arms drop from his chest and reached out a hand to gently touch Emerald’s arm. A small gesture out of comfort, to show his softer side that only she saw.

“I was worried about you.... I’m glad you are okay.”

“Em,” he breathed, relieved to see she was okay. He had begun to lift his arms  in reaction to her oncoming embrace, but she stopped. And so did he. She was hesitating and it caused a frown to form on his lips.

“You don’t seem as thrilled as a second ago,” he said as he went from lifting his arms to greet her to crossing them over his chest. The last time they saw each other was when they learned the truth about what Salem was really after.

 Emerald jumped up from her spot before sprinting over to him, relief dazzling in soft ruby eyes. She faltered das if wanting to yank him into a hug, but stopped herself, instead looking away. 

“I-…it’s good to see you.”

Sorry I suddenly disappeared again! I went on a trip to Disney World with a friend, but I am back now! While I was a way I decided to read the RWBY books and I think I found a new muse for Fox from Team CFVY. I find that he is very similar to the oc I created back before I knew anything about Fox, so I think it would be pretty easy to get into character with him, plus I just love his jokester demeanor. I’m gonna finish Before the Dawn before I make any attempt at rping him, but I hope you guys will like him if I do
