What do you think Sesshomaru’s response/feeing was to his first kiss with Rin?
Like he finally understood why the ocean yearns for the moon.
Like his lungs had filled with air for the first time.
Like the very first dawn in the beginning of time that revealed the beauty of the world.
Like love and beauty existed as a single person, and he was blessed by the gods to hold her in his arms.

Episode 25: What It Means To Hold Tenseiga - Airs 10/02/21
In the battle with the beast king, Kirinmaru, Setsuna lost her life. Sesshoumaru, who appears before a deeply regretful Higurashi Towa, says “Whether Setsuna lives or dies depends upon you” and hands over the broken Tenseiga. Just as she does with Kikujyuumonji, Towa attempts to create a blade of demonic energy but Tenseiga’s blade does not grow. On the contrary, Towa’s hair turns black like during the night of the new moon as she loses her demonic energy. Is reviving Setsuna impossible? Amidst this, the swordsmith, Toutousai, creates a nagita from lapis lazuli quartz and (poor) volcanic soil, suitable for the blood blade on Setsuna’s arm, as a souvenir of the underworld.
