☠ - Solaire: Solaire is a little ball of resentment at the best of time, though they keep it in check. But any mention of the Pale Kid near them is enough to send them into a rage and they WILL attack anyone (Vessel or not) who compare them to him. Solaire calms down a bit when they grow up, but not actually that much or at least not on that subject.

☠ - Frelon: They do not give a SHIT about anybody that is not a Vessel. Building on fire, could open the door to let bugs out? Don’t care, make sure no sibling are in the area and then vacate the premise. They do not attack themselves unless a Vessel is threatened but if you get mauled by a great hopper ten feet to their left, well it’s the game of life, baby. Bugs are all acceptable losses for the Vessels survival, in their opinion.

☯  - Ancyllis: Ancyllis is the only one amongst my Vessels to love wearing actual clothes, but she can get very picky on what exactly those clothes are made of. If the fabric is too rough, she won’t wear it. So she loves spider silk and satin woven from fiber from Greenpath, but put her anywhere neat linen or burlap and it’s a big NOPE, though maybe worded more politely

Yall reminded me of Traveling Monarchs so here, have the very first one of them I did for the noble!AU (and will appear in regular story)~

This is Cypress, the lead of Morpho’s Traveling Theatre and boss of the bugs that work there. His appearance along with his parents in AU was after Misren’s death, called to the dinner by Alyssum in hopes to arrange marriage with Sylva and have a Monarch blood in the future family.

Cypress expressed (in secret) to Sylva and Yonna that he has no interest in romance but rather the position of being so high the Magnolia family to ensure his traveling friends and performance will have all the luxury, accepting to never perform in his theatre again for their sake. Sylva also expressed how him giving away his freedom is not a way to go either and that was their first meeting.

Once Sylva and Yonna escaped the kingdom, they did run into Cypress and his traveling performers and friends. Sylva was drawn in by their song and kindness and pulled in reluctant Yonna to let their guards down. Cypress’ intention shifted suddenly, even to a surprise of his fellow performers and singers, making the girls (and Pim) fall asleep and tie them up while he plans to summon Magnolia family to pick them up. Upon waking up, Sylva and Cypress has a back and fort, where Cy called her selfish for running away, hurting people in the process and taking away his chance to help his friends, making his own desires selfish with it.

The girls manage to escape thanks to a diversion (Trail and Trav find them and Trav wracks havoc within one of the carriages of the troupe, scaring everyone to death) but the mindset Cy left of Sylva cut her deep with guilt.

Still, even if Cypress saw them escape, he let them be…

He’s based on Pierella Lena butterflies. The rest of traveling friends are butterflies as well, all counted as Traveling Monarchs.

They mostly perform musicals, with moving stages and lights~ small part of their group are musicians.

Thank to a limited type of telekinesis, Deer Vessels can pick up a nail and fight! Swift and Ghost are the only ones that find joy in wielding a weapon though, and love to train together!
