Hello! I’m not sure if you’d know, but I’m looking for a poem.

It was a about a girl who had attempted suicide and afterwards her father had driven very far to get her plums at her request. When she had received them she promised not to hurt herself anymore as the strength from all the people who loved her would keep her going.

It was quite popular but if you don’t remember maybe someone else would? Thank you.

یوں بھی نہیں کہ شام و سحر انتظار تھا

So hum bhi uske gali se guzar ke dekhte hai

Yes I'm selfish . But do you ever wonder what made me so selfish? Do you wonder what hurt me so much that i locked myself away?

I show everyone that I'm this person that has become selfish and doesn't cry but deep down, the girl who cared too much is still there. She's hidden and locked away because this world gave her too much pain. She hid herself because she was tired of this pain. I couldn't take it.

Look what you made her. You made her wanting to crawl out of her own skin. You made hide herself.
