In your Steve Rogers x Reader fics where he left Reader, before he found out she was pregnant, did he ever regret leaving her, or was he that much of a selfish douche bag and never gave Reader a second thought when he was with Peggy?(F*ck her. I don't care.) I hope he's in Hell, like literally in Hell suffering.

I think that when Steve leaves the Reader, he still gets these bits and pieces of her while he is with Peggy. He swears he sees her everywhere even though Steve knows that isn’t possible.

A few years into it, the novelty of going back to Peggy wears off. He starts to miss the reader, but is too prideful to admit it. Once he and Peggy start to have kids, he starts to think of all of the what if’s more and more. He wonders if he and reader would’ve had any (obviously not knowing that he had left the reader when she was pregnant). As the years go by, he wonders how the reader would’ve been like as she got older, how they would’ve been as they turned old and gray.

In "Me and My Husband", do you think Steve suffers horribly? I hope things went down hill with the whore he cheated on her with. Because I really would love to know what happened after Reader came back to help the team and having to face the consequences his actions. I mean, banging his mistress while the Reader was alone pregnant and not even caring what happened to her? Could the reader ever have kids again? I hope she gets together with Thor. (Sorry, I love him)

I think following the miscarriage and divorce, Steve finally realizes that he did fuck up royally. Post-Snap, he really felt like he could do whatever without any repercussions. Everything was falling apart around then and he knew that the Reader wouldn’t leave him-and he was right. She would rather try to pretend like everything is okay because he can’t bear to be without him.

Honestly, I don’t think that the reader really wanted kids in the first place. The pregnancy was an accident, but she felt like couldn’t terminate because there had already been so loss all around them. As for her getting with Thor, 🤷🏼‍♀️. I think she probably isn’t going to be in a relationship for a long, long time.
