You do not know me and never shall, but be forewarned, dear reader, I certainly know you. The social season is upon us. We shall discover which young ladies or gentlemen might succeed at securing a match. With time upon us, we must make haste and place our bets on who will be this season’s most eligible and who will grit their teeth and once again return without a match and endure yet another season in which judgment and time will be their enemy. But rest assured, this season, it is my goal to keep you, dearest reader, updated on each and every scandal, change, and adjustment for this season. My only question is, are you ready?

INFORMATION & PLOT - The GROUP VERSE BURN FOR YOU is an interactive group verse inspired by the show Bridgerton on Netflix. Each character is entering the social season and is looking for their perfect match be it for love or for a social climb. The goal of this group verse is to harbor fun events that are centered around the social season and provide an inclusive environment for those within it. Each and every choice made and event as well as interaction will have an impact and will have potential to be featured in the Lady Whistledown letters that are released. It should be additionally noted this verse takes place during the REGENCY. ERA with some adjustments. This group verse will be welcoming to all people. Please note you need to be 18+ to join this group verse as does your muse. AS OF NOW WE ARE ALSO ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS TO BE A MODERATOR SIMPLY SEND AN ASK OR IM TO THE GVBURNFORYOU TUMBLR

RULES –

This verse takes place in the regency era, that being said all characters in this verse are to be human. No expectations! Sorry lovelies.

Social season takes place in london but please rest assured you need not be from there as long as your character is in london for social season any and everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate in this group verse.

Please be kind ooc, and please maintain the lines between ic drama and ooc drama. Ooc drama will not be allowed and ic drama should not bleed into ooc interactions and feelings.

You have a character limit of three. You must wait and be approved for your first character and join the discord server before your approved for a second and third.

You must be 18+ to join and any muses must be 18+ to join. NSFW content may be taking place and may be mentioned in this group ergo you need to be of age.

If you have pre established relationships with another mun going into the verse please notify the gvburnforyou blog on tumblr or contact a mun in the discord server in order for us to keep proper track of the lady whistledown papers that will be released.

No duplicates and no duplicate face claims will be allowed. If you know the other writer and have both spoken about this we are willing to make an acceptance but for the ease of everyone please try your best not to duplicate a faceclaim or have an alternative one for the group verse.

There is an option to be lady whistledown but because of her position and papers released lady whistledown will be a character on the outside of the social season. What does that mean? Someone who is not thriving who is struggling and whats to truly show what happens within a social season and the impact it has within any and every circle.

SOCIAL BREAKDOWNS: Below is the social outline for what roles you can take in this group verse.

ROYALTY: A king or queen. We will welcome two players to be the king & queen of england. Any other applications for a king or queen must be coming from somewhere else in order to visit and see social season.

A prince or a princess. If you wish to be one from england that is welcome if talked about to the king and queen of england. we will welcome prince and princess visiting for social season to see what it is or participate as well.

NOBILITY:

Dukes & Duchesses & Earls & Marquess & Viscount & Barons & Baronesses & Lords & Ladies (Notably lords & ladies are usually the children of the other outlined titles and will be primarily the ones taking place in the social season. That being said. Royalty can participate and commoners can as well but Lords and Ladies are the typical role)
