Around the same time that Femme Fatale had received their gift, a package had arrived at the Kobayashi mansion where the team of CodeX was located. As the doorbell to the large residence rung out, the butler of the estate, Goro, informed his mistress, Miho Kobayashi, about the package. Presenting it to the lady and her teammates, his, along with the ladies' eyes widen at what was inside.

It was a large cake with green and black frosting to commemorate the Shinagawa team for their anniversary. On the front of the package, it read:

'From Sakurai Clan and Jet Set Trio

Happy Anniversary!'

“Oh sweet! More sweets!” Sumire grinned, taking a scoop of frosting on her finger and licking it off much to Miho’s disgust.

“Damnit Sumire, at least wait until we cut it!” Miho scolded her niece who just responded with an eye roll, Ritsuko merely looked at the now ruined cake and shrugged before taking a scoop of icing on her own finger and popped it into her mouth causing Sumire to laugh and Miho to glare at the scientist.

“Honestly, were you both raised in a barn? We have utensils!” Miho pinched the bridge of her nose while Sumire and Ritsuko shrugged.

“C’mon Miho, it’s just us here, you can drop the formal shit.” Sumire grabbed a fork and began eating the cake right off the plate with Ritsuko joining her.

Miho stared blankly at her niece and best friend before sighing in defeat and grabbing her own to join her team.

The answer is obvious for Ritsuko, right? Of course she wouldn’t give up the world for one measly person, that is simply not an option, in fact, she’ll make it so that she’ll have both the world and make sure her loved ones are safe. Consequences be damned, she refuses to entertain anyone’s foolish inquiries.

Miho surprisingly would give up the world for her loved one, she cannot and will not make the same mistake that lead with her sister’s death and if that meant condemning the world then so be it, she cannot afford to lose another loved one and besides, they can always just start from scratch and make the world better.

Sumire absolutely would sacrifice the world if it meant she can save her loved one, she would have no problem with it, what the hell has the world done for her aside from constantly giving her pain and suffering? It can all go up in flames for all she cares, all that matters to her is that her loved ones, the people she would do anything for, are safe and happy, and much like Miho, they can start rebuilding the new world that they’ve always dreamed of.

Two gifts arrived to Kobayashi manor!

Sumire's gift is a amethyst necklace from Kururi with the card -"happy team anniversary Sumi chan,"-xoxo Kururi "Saika"

And Miho noticed how she received two gifts

The first gift was a beautiful set of emerald/aquamarine and diamond jewellry

And to her surprise the second is a portrait of herself as a queen wearing a lavish dress,a crown and a ¿Bride veil?

She readed not the card but the letter by side of the portrait write by certain theater actor

"happy team anniversary sister-in-law! Well, you're not my sister-in-law yet but my brother yeah love you too much, it's so cute and funny to me hearing him talking in a loving way, but i'm glad for that reason. The jewels are from my part and the portrait is from my husband. He wanted paint you as a queen but I asked him to add the bride veil,i hope you don't mind it!. I'm very happy for your marriage with Tomi and hope you accept this, see you in the wedding Miho san"-Kunio Kurome

After reading the card, Sumire grinned and twirled the necklace using the its chain before stopping and putting it on, admiring how it looks.

Miho was caught off guard to receive a gift from Kunio of all people but she supposed it would make sense since she is going to marry his older brother. She was happy nonetheless, both with the gifts and with Kunio’s approval and apparent willingness to be friendly with her, she kept the portrait close by her and called Goro to tell him to find an empty space on the wall in her bedroom.

Ritsuko’s greatest wish is [REDACTED]

Miho’s greatest wish is something she knows is unattainable because what she wishes more than anything is to see her sister again, at least to say a proper goodbye.

Sumire’s greatest wish is to create a world where corruption is nonexistent and that there is no social hierarchy and where children won’t be hurt and/or punished for the sins of the parents. Obviously, Sumire would go very far to see that come true seeing that she quite literally formed a terrorist group for that wish.

To the surprise of absolutely no one. Ritsuko does not like kids and does not want to be around them, it's also safe to say that kids do not want to be around her as well and she should be the absolute last person to babysit a child.

Of course that's around normal children. Ritsuko is actually softens her normally cold, hard exterior when around her son Ramuda despite their strained relationship. Even through she tried her hardest, Ritsuko could never fully separate her association of her biological son with Ramuda and recently, since the appearance of Wicked Requiem's Kanra Akemi, Ritsuko has a hidden desire to reconcile with her in some way.
