I think that the problem with shipping real person is that sometimes your immaggination read a lot more than what it really is.

Yes, I ship lestappen too but for pure joy, for pure endorphins. In real life, I adore what Max and Kelly have: they are adorable and cute, and him with Kelly's daughter can literally melt my heart.

Max and Charles are friends. They are probably best friends at this point. They know each other for the majority of their life, they have seen the other at his worst, they know with a single glance and a single message when one is emotionally and physically hurt.

That proximity is what makes us human. It's what keeps us going. I have that in my life, I have known my best friends for over two decades now. Sometimes, we seem to share the same neuron even. And yet, we aren't attracted to one another; we just like to spend time together knowing there' s no pressure in the room when we are together.

I think lestappen is that, and will continue to become that more and more now that they are grown up and understood what they can find in one another. I think that what we are seeing in public is just the top of the iceberg, I bet they have a chat full of memes and stupid ass messages sent at 3 a.m., I bet that even Kelly adores their relationship and always asks Max if Charles is okay, or if they have texted after a brute GP.

I think we need a lot more of positive relationships in motorsports and sports in general, so much that we would never think that relationships like this are uncommon.

Now, I'm really in need of help because half the fan studies books I'm reading are ten years old, and the newest didn't talk about how the fan works changed in the last decade so I want to ask for your help.

The saddest thing about being a child of perfectionist parents is that you live almost all your life trying to reach that expectation of perfection because, for you, it was the only way for others to love you. I can't say how many times my mother taught me that if I wasn't perfect (school, behavior, clothing, etc...) nobody would have loved me, no friends, no lovers, no one.

It took me 19 years to understand that people like me for my "mistake", they like my hyperactivity, they like that sometimes I follow my intrusive thoughts, and that I'm so impulsive in helping others that I tend to forget my self-security. You know, like jumping between two baby gangs to help a kid that was having a panic attack.

And now, that I'm almost 26, I'm able to enjoy my life and every moment because making mistakes is okay. It's not easy to accept and it's an ever-lasting work in progress to not freak out every time you make a mistake in public but it's worth everything and it's so good to go out and not worry about your every reaction and sarcastic reply. I like my dad's jokes, I like dancing like a lunatic while clubbing, and I like that my laugh is so strange that everyone in the pub will turn to understand what is going on. It's freedom and I'm feeling like collecting that childhood my parents took from me with their perfectionist shit.
