Anon I've been on tumblr RPing for 10 years. If you let someone guilt trip you a little, they'll figure they can guilt trip you a lot, and pretty soon they're running the show and RPing ain't fun anymore.

Its experience anon. Also I went and checked and no they didn't ask me on a different blog of theirs it was the same blog, back when it was still their personal blog.

I also don't like liars. But I do understand not remembering things well, but a simple checking of messages would have worked for this.

It was nice of them to update but the fact they tried to guilt trip me is a 1000000% no go for me.

My answer to RPing with them is still a final NO anon.

Life's far too short to risk RPing with someone who guilt trips.

He's sobbing, Chu is even more at a loss. She starts to think again. What happened the last time one of her team mates was sobbing like this?

Hm... not the same events. But, the best thing to do, the advice she was given by the guild members still stands. Try and soothe her friend.

Words weren't her strongest thing, so she comes over and curls up next to his legs, holding her light orb close. She did this with Zera, the last time one of her teammates cried like this. The last time one of her friends cried like this.

She'll be right here with you. No matter what! That's her promise, this is her way of making it.

Chu stays put awhile longer, looking around the room and at her light orb, before hoping down to clean up the items from her bag so they wouldn’t get lost. She returns to the foot of the bed with the light orb after that, keeping it with her as she thinks. 

Something else he can do… Fighting isn’t for everyone. Shimmer and Macaroon didn’t really like fighting, neither did Mimic. So they all tended to stay back at the restaurant to work, even when she does jobs back home. 

Though… Again, waiting on him to get better… She rolls the orb around slightly, watching it refract light. When will that happen? Will he ever get better? Can someone recover from this fully? She doesn’t know… Her ears droop. 

She’s at a complete loss on how to help…

Imagine everyone arriving to the restaurant to start getting ready to open for the day. Then when they open the door, the Monster House music suddenly starts to play and a bunch of random Pokémon drop from the ceiling to aggressively attack! What would everyone do if this happened?

Panic.

She has no plans to leave her friend while he needs her though. That includes staying at the foot of the bed for now. 

He only sighed in response and hugged the blankets close, hiding his face in them as he lamented over how he had gotten to this point. All his life he’d been working towards this and it had slipped though his fingers. Maybe… Maybe he had been a fool to even try. All the training in the world wouldn’t help him beat Clay now. Not with how hard he’d already pushed himself and his team.

Its technically not a back pack but she nods. Its hers. The wonderbag has been hers for awhile. She looks at her head? What hat? She doesn’t have a hat! She looks around then at him, confused. 

This human needs glasses.

She then smooths her fur down the best she can, incase that’s what he’s seeing. She can never get her fur to look like a normal Pikachu’s on her head. She’s trying though. 

It comes right back though. 

As for the food, she shakes her head, she’s not hungry. All the food she could need she’ll find herself, or she has with her.

Chu stays put, sitting there. She’s not getting closer. He seems to think she’s wild, which makes sense in a way. Out of the humans she’s encountered, most just try to catch her first then ask questions, this one isn’t doing that. 

Hm… She’ll play along to learn more about him, getting back onto all four feet. She still doesn’t get closer though.

“I won’t hurt you, is that back pack yours?” He asks as he looks the small pokemon over, with her tail quite like that. He was pretty sure that is exactly what it looked like.

“And that hat, it looks very nice. I am hoping to help you, are you maybe hungry?”

Before he could respond he was already being laid down, the Normal type puffing her cheeks out and holding him there with a stern look. How had he let things get this dire? While he had been ill before this… This felt so different. Just the act of coughing had exhausted him and it felt as if he had been walking for miles. Why was he such a failure?

His hand would absently go to his head at that, shakily running his fingers through the white streak as her words washed over him. It wasn’t a matter of choice. He… He knew running around right that moment would be foolish but not at least attempting the Gym again would be admitting defeat and-Why was he coughing like that? It had come out of nowhere and he had to brace himself against Audino with how heavy it was, his chest aching as he tried to take deep breaths.

“I-I… I-I know I have to rest but… A-ah…”

That… He knew that there were other avenues he could take, as his father had spoken with him about, but he had already spent so many years preparing and working at getting to this point. He knew nothing outside of battling. Who would possibly be willing to want to work with him when so many still spurned every member of his family? No he… He had to overcome this… He had to…

There was a minute of silence before he would slowly tell her about his grandfather and the shame he had brought to their family, pain and sadness lacing his tone as he shook and griped the sheets. Knowing that he couldn’t do anything to change the reputation that had plagued his family… It… It was nothing short of agonizing.

“I-I… H-have you… heard about the previous c-champion? I-it was my grandfather… H-he… H-he was caught c-cheating and it… I-I want to… I-I have to c-clear my family’s name…”

Chu didn’t have any answers for him, she knew how she got past things, but this was totally different. All they could do was wait for him to recover, and see where to go from there. 

She continues to try to help calm him, getting down to go get her Light Orb, lighting it up, and bringing it back in case watching the sparks dance inside will help him calm like it does her. 

The light did catch his attention but he was far too upset with himself to pay it much mind overall, his sobs slowly going silent until he was merely sitting there staring down at the blankets morosely. For the first time in his life he had no idea what he was supposed to do about the situation. It seemed to be utterly impossible to solve and knowing that only made him despise himself more. How could he be so useless?
