I've only seen FNAF on your blog lately, which I get because the game came out and boom surge of people, but would you still write for fire emblem in the future? Or have you moved on from it?

As I'm going through my old asks, I'm going to answer some of them like this one that feel important to answer! (despite how long it's been since they were sent in,,)

I absolutely still write for Fire Emblem, and for everything on my fandom list! Requests will typically swing in certain directions based on which fandoms find my work, but that doesn't mean you can't request anything I offer! Besides, my mod name is a Fire Emblem character, so I couldn't imagine abandoning that series!

I'm SicklySweet (is that a name? I'm counting it as one because that's what my branding is!) and this blog is functioning as a progress log for my dating sim, Lend Me Your Heart! (A post detailing the plot more is coming next)

I wanted a place beyond just a giant document to hold all of my info, and I figured posting it somewhere people could see it would be nice, especially once I get some form of the game posted somewhere (probably itchio)!

I may also eventually post stuff from other projects, but that'll come later.

You may recognize me/my writing style from my imagines blog, @sickly-sweet-imagines -- yes that's also me! I've stopped posting on that imagines blog, largely due to disrespect I received from certain people, but I'm still alive and well as a creator! If you enjoyed my fics, you'll probably also enjoy Lend Me Your Heart (when it's in a less abstract pre-alpha state, haha)

I'll have my ko-fi linked in a few places on this blog, and the commissions I offered via ko-fi on my imagines blog still stand! For now, at least, that may change if I get busier, but I'm still gonna keep writing commissions available for people as long as I can.

I'm not entirely sure what I'll put on this blog yet, honestly. I have a lot of rough sketches of characters and stuff, but I've gone through design evolutions and such that make me hesitant to post the original sketches. Plus, I can only really upload traditional art right now since I don't have my drawing tablet with me, and I'm not sure how high quality my photos can get... I'll have to think about it more. But I hope people can enjoy my creations if they run into them! My writing is far better than my visual art in my opinion, so I'll definitely be balancing both of those when I post! It won't be all one or the other.

I think that's everything for my introduction! Again, a post about the game itself (the general plot and any content warnings, mostly) will be coming next ^-^

Hey.

Stop sending disrespectful messages trying to rush me into posting fics.

“Requests are closed” doesn’t mean “send requests worded in a sneaky way that makes it sound like it could just be a comment” and any requests I receive like that will be deleted.

“Requests are closed” also doesn’t mean “send impatient anon messages about fics” and any messages I receive like that will only make me avoid writing for the fandom you’re talking about.

I do requests as a hobby. I don’t have to do a request. If you want something guaranteed to be done, commission me. (Which, as an aside, thank you to all of my commissioners for being some of the most patient people in the world with the content they’re asking for, it’s extremely nice.)

If I keep getting weird or disrespectful messages for a certain fandom, I’m just going to stop writing for it. Regardless of how popular my posts for it are. Do not send me asks expecting it’ll get me to fill requests faster. It will not.

Freddy had been kindly guiding you through the Pizzaplex since you got stuck inside. You weren’t sure what sort of vendetta the few remaining human staff members had against you that you’d get trapped, but you were very trapped. Freddy had been trying to help you find an exit and take care of you until you could get out. You stumble a bit as you run to the prize counter, hoping to pick up something that could help that goal. Or at least something that’d look cool on a shelf. Unfortunately, it’s just one of the cheap prizes from the lowest cost shelf of the ticket redemption counter. Upon receiving the gift, you noticed what was essentially a puzzle to get a nearby door open. Freddy wished you luck on it, reminding you that if you ever need help with it he will do his best to assist you. The puzzle was by no means difficult, but the instructions were... Confusing, so it took you longer than it probably could’ve. When you finished it and opened the door, Freddy ran up to you with a proud gleam in his eyes. “Nice work, superstar!” He noticed the way you paused hearing the praise. Was this unfamiliar to you? He softens, offering his hand to you. “Now that you have that pass, we can access the food courts. They are still running, since everything in the Pizzaplex is run by S.T.A.F.F. bots. Would you like to get something to eat?” You look up at Freddy, surprised by his offer. Then again, you hadn’t eaten in a while... And if he was offering, you might as well, right? You take his hand and he guides you to the elevator up to the atrium. “I’m proud of you, superstar.” Even though his face plates can’t smile, you can hear the smile in his voice. You try to hide how much it affects you to hear. You can barely get a “thank you” out before the elevator doors open up to the new section of the Pizzaplex. Freddy drapes an arm across your shoulders, gesturing to the various restaurants(?) in the area. “We can go wherever you’d like.” He follows you to the restaurant you choose, standing beside you with a hand on your lower back as you look at the menu. Apparently, the animatronics can eat, meaning the bots who run the food court keep it running after closing way more often than you would’ve expected. “You can get whatever you want, superstar. We have plenty of food.” His voice felt so soft when he spoke to you. It was nice. Even if you neared tears when he told you he was proud of you. Freddy sat with you while you ate, gently encouraging you to eat until you were full. He pointed out that nothing in this part of the pizzeria that could watch you eat had the programming necessary to judge you about it along with other soft encouragements when you seemed nervous. Being trapped had never felt so reassuring.
