I kinda feel the same . I think dune is a very well made movie but i couldn’t enjoy it as i wanted to because it lacked tenderness . Character are extremely cold in this story and i feel like it’s because they have a rank and duties that they need to uphold before they can follow their emotions . And that’s very interesting because when the mask of social hierarchy crack is when me get interesting characters moments .

But ultimately while i can recognize the merits of this kind of story i am into strong emotions more than i am into cold military tactics so just didn’t got into it .

hey! i saw and met a lot of wonderful people at SPX, sold a lot of LH books and received this wonderful drawing of spots from my dear friend, cinna! THANK YOU, CINNA! doesn’t he look great? she made him look so cute, you almost forget what a horrendous tosspot he is >:3 it’s right on the heels of his/shrike’s return to the comic, so i wanted to share it with everyone. also, i’ve got quite a lot going on at the moment and have done for the past few weeks, so today’s page will be a little late. be on the lookout for it next week, same bat time, same bat place.
