The new characters are here! And honestly I have a couple things to say about them...

Raphael looks REALLY similar to characters in past Solmare games, like Jean from Niflheim, James from Guard Me Sherlock, and of course Mammon. He looks really cute and I can tell I'm gonna love him but still...

Next is Thirteen. First off, WOAH. She's just...a lot to look at. Both her hair and eyes draw way too attention and kinda clash with each other. She also bears a lot of resemblance with Irene from Guard Me Sherlock, which I'm fine with but that's already kind of a big issue with Raphael's design. And I have two things to say about what's been revealed about her: first off, her being "free and uncontrollable" makes me anxious. She seems WAY too intense for me so I hope she's not too "free and uncontrollable". Her behavior, the broken hearts, eyeshadow, tattoo, and revealing clothing seems like she'd stress me out and make me uncomfortable more than anything. And the other thing is that WHY CAN NO ONE WEAR THEIR UNIFORM CORRECTLY. Maybe I'm just a square but put on the uniform dammit. I don't wanna see your stomach and I can barely tell you're wearing it anyway

And lastly, Mephistopheles! He'd look great if his face didn't look like almost a carbon copy of Diavolo's. Maybe he's the demon kings' illegitimate child lol. Anyway I am pleased to say that he's mostly wearing the uniform correctly so he gets an A+ in my book ♥. His hair color doesn't really look that good with his skin and I think it kinda looks like a wig but it's better than whatever Thirteen's got going on so I'll take it. Loving the cane 👀

Now that we know Raphael, Mephistopheles, and Thirteen are the new characters, I wonder which item belongs to which character. I feel like the backstabbing sandwich belongs to Mephistopheles since he's a known trickster, but I have no idea which items are Raphael's and Thirteen's. The comfort candy reminds me of Thirteen's hair color and general aesthetic from the snippet we got, so perhaps that one belongs to her

Thinking about it, I wonder which glow sticks are theirs? Every other glow stick has two people who use it except for gluttony and sloth, so I guess there's gonna be two glow sticks with three people (assuming Michael becomes a dateable character). Michael might be gluttony given how much he eats Luke's sweets, but I don't know enough about Mephistopheles and Thirteen to know which glow stick they'll use. I'm excited to see how their personalities mix with the other characters, and which characters they'll grow the closest to

Omg I was actually right! I really wanted to see Mephistopheles become an actual character, and I guess that wish came true! Although Michael is surprising absent from this lesson. I wonder if they're keeping his appearance a secret and are gonna spring him on us out of nowhere, since it'd be kind of a shame not to see him at all this season. Also I wonder if we'll get to see Mephistopheles' younger brother. His gloves kinda remind me of Barbatos but I doubt that's it lol.

Also, Thirteen eh? Wonder who she is. Solomon knows her so I'm guessing she's either a reaper or a witch of some kind? Not sure what kinda supernatural creature makes traps but I hope she's a good character. Not sure how I'm feeling about the lipstick, hair, choker, and shirt tho, she might end up being little too intense for me 😅. Still, I'm excited to see what kind of story relevance they'll have, since it wouldn't make sense to just insert random characters for the hell of it.

Also we already had 12 characters, so how will the writers juggle 15 of them? 16 if you include Michael since he's bound to be added at some point. I just hope that everyone gets enough screen time and development. I can see characters like Asmo, Beel, Barbatos, and Luke falling by the wayside in favor of newer characters, so I hope they have some sort of strategy

101 summons later and I finally have the pretty Levi card. Kind of a shame I couldn't get it during the normal summons, since I lost over 1,000 devil points and all my demon vouchers. Wish it wasn't so hard to get a single card in this game

Omg how did I miss this I'm three days late

Ok so I'm almost positive that the middle one is Michael. That hair and style of clothing is almost identical to Lucifer, and as mentioned previously, him and Lucifer were either twins or practically twins (I can't remember which). The other two might be angels as well, since we've heard the names Uriel and Raphael before. Uriel might be the girl since the name sounds more feminine to me but it could go either way. I really hope that they aren't all angels and that one is like a reaper or another human or smth. I need more diversity and world building here

Silhouette review:

Left: Loving the hair and posture. Not too sure about that oversized coat around her waist since it looks a little too bulky and I don't like the bit hanging down the middle. Her feet are a little too far inwards but I like the boots. Not sure what she's got in her right hand tho. Kinda looks like a protractor lol

Middle: Loving the heels. Clearly him and Luci used to raid each other's closets. That cane also kinda got me 👀. Again he really just reminds me of Lucifer but I think that's the point. Hopefully his face is different enough to warrant it

Right: Hmmmm. Hair looks kinda weird. Is that a singular long earring or is that a part of his hair? Looks more like an earring to me. Also the tassels, cuffs on the sleeves, and boots remind me of a pirate or a court jester. This design might not fit Raphael but it definitely fits Mephistopheles. I know it kinda has to be Raphael but still for someone so tough and aggressive he sure looks like one of Captain Hook's lackies

Though, to be fair, when you ask "They're all the same ones?", he answers with, "You betcha! I mean, isn't it obvious that I'd be showered with the one for 'beauty?' Thanksgiving's always been a day where everyone shows their appreciation for my good looks!" So we do get a small bit of deeper emotion from him, although it's kinda sad to see him smile because of how people love him for his face and body rather than anything else. I think there's a moment or two where he thanks MC for being the only one (besides his own family) to love him regardless of his looks, but there's also a lot of moments where I don't think he realizes that most people only love him for superficial reasons.

So we kinda got some good bits here? More than what we usually get, which is pretty sad to say

Thoughts on the current event, so Spoilers Below!! (Also kind of venting so yeah)

I'll be honest, this is an adorable idea and I was getting really emotional about the gems we're being given and the meanings and reasoning behind them (legit about to cry, this was hitting in just the right way) but then... Asmo's section took me out of it.

Everyone else had these beautiful and touching things to say, but... Asmo just says we're special, and that we get him going like only he could. Nothing else. Just, 'special'.

I wish the Devs would stop defining our relationship with Asmo as a comparison to how much he loves himself. I know he's a demon, and a narcissist, but... is that really all he is? Is that all we are? Just special with no reasons to back it up?

I guess this falls into the category of Asmo desperately needing character development again, but... this one really hit.

After reading the devilgram, I've realized something... Why does Mammon wear sunglasses? Isn't it always night in the devildom? And while I can see it just being Mammon trying to look cool, there's somehow a whole store that sells these? Why?? It's like the question of Mammon's car.

How did he get it in here? Is that a garage door behind it? If so, then why would you want a car pulled up into your room? What if it's muddy? What if you run over some poop and it tracks it in so your whole room smells like poop? Is the house bent to leave space for the car to pull out or does that door up there lead outside? Assuming that that IS a garage door, then I guess Mammon's room is below ground level. Is anyone else's? And we haven't heard of any roads yet, so where can he even drive it? How big is the devildom? Does he even NEED a car?

So many questions. Mammon why are you so confusing.

Alright so this is more of a personal note than anything, but the order of when the men came to the mansion is:

1.) Obviously Comte goes first since in Leonardo's "The Day that he Came to the Mansion"/TDTHCTTM, it's said that Comte is the one who had it built in the first place

2.) Shakespeare is next, since in Leo's TDTHCTTM, he's there before Leo even arrives

3.) Leonardo is third, since as once again seen in his TDTHCTTM and also just in various other routes, him, Comte, and Will were there for some time before the others came along

4.) In Vincent's TDTHCTTM, there's only Leo and Comte present, and there's no mention of anyone else living there, since Will would've already moved out by this time. Since there's no one else here, I think Vincent goes here

5.) In Theo's TDTHCTTM, there's no one else there but Vincent and Comte (and presumably Leo as stated previously), and Comte only says "there's SOMEONE I want you to meet", not multiple people. So I think Theo and Vincent were actually some of the first residents to be chosen

6.) Now, there's no TDTHCTTM for Dazai, but in Arthur's TDTHCTTM, there are only Comte, Leo, Vincent, Theo, and Dazai in the mansion, so he must go here

7.) Theo says that Arthur came to the mansion a few years after him, so they're actually more spaced out than I thought. Anyway, as stated previously, Arthur HAS to go here since he's the next resident after everyone I previously listed as seen in his TDTHCTTM. Not much to say about this one, he just goes here

8.) In Isaac's TDTHCTTM, both Arthur and Dazai are present. Other than that, his presumably has all the characters I previously stated, but Sebastian is not present. Mozart's has some of the same characters present, but Sebastian IS ALSO present, meaning that Isaac must come before Mozart since Sebastian isn't there yet

9.) Personally, I think Jean goes here. His TDTHCTTM doesn't have anyone else but Comte in it, and there's no mention of anyone else, so it's unclear just when he came to the mansion, other than the fact that there’s no mention of Sebastian which is why he could honestly go anywhere before that. Although, if Mozart came a year before the current events of the story, then that would leave a pretty narrow time frame for both Jean AND Napoleon to join within that year. And with how full of despair Jean is, I feel like he's been here longer than at least a year. Other than that, I'm not really sure where he goes. Comte doesn't mention any other guest when introducing Leo, Dazai, Theo, and Vincent to Arthur, so perhaps at least somewhere after Arthur. Still, I think at least him and Isaac’s placements are interchangeable

10.) For previously stated reasons, Sebastian has to appear after Isaac and before Mozart, but he’s not present in Jean’s TDTHCTTM (and you think the history fanatic would be or at least helping out) so I’m gonna say he goes after Jean

11.) Again, as previously stated, some characters before this are present, and since Sebastian is also there, Mozart must go here. Also it was said in his route (I think when they're taking shelter from the rain but I could be wrong) that he's only been at the mansion for a year, so it makes sense that he'd be one of the last residents

12.) And as stated many times, Napoleon is the last person (before MC) to come to the mansion, so he goes here

Honestly I think Lucifer's swimsuit is perfectly in-character for him and it adds to his whole "I'm a lame dad" kinda vibe
