Women's History Month Collection for Girls

March is the month to celebrate women and all our contributions to history and society!

(This was totally not supposed to be ready for International Women's Day on the 8th, no no.)

I wanted to give girls the opportunity to show off their feminism and also to celebrate diversity among women, so I made this! We have a sweatshirt with amazing women from history, a dress with incredible women from different media, and a t-shirt with amazing feminist artwork by Alura on etsy (link below)!

the "All Girls Are Superheroes"-Dress

This dress is the dress from Dream Home Decorator made bgc. The design says "All Girls Are Superheroes" in simlish, and above it you can see all kinds of (super-)heroines!

the "Historic Women"-Sweatshirt

This was i think the original idea: make some historical women in the sims and put the faces on a shirt! I did a tiny mesh edit, to make the sweatshirt a little nicer. You have the names of the women on the shirt in the white banner, and below it says "The Future is Female". I'll leave it to you to figure out who is who ;) Thanks to my friends @kyriat-sims, @jackiewilsonsims , @dsimsdecades and @simming-in-the-rain for their lovely contributions to this project!

Are the names of the items from the Horsey Pack taken from the Rohirrim of the Lord of the Rings?

the names in the Horsey Pack are not all from the Rohirrim, it's horse names overall.

Asfaloth is Glorfindel's horse, Hasufel and Arod are the horses that are given to Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli by Éomer, Windfola is Éowyn's horse, Roheryn was a gift from Arwen to Aragorn and Snowmane is Théoden's horse :)

you're the only one who ever picked up on it, so congratulations!

I think it’s really gross that you’re doubling down on using curseforge and not even looking into alternatives. I know you’re going to whine about getting bullied by this message but you should maybe consider why it’s so important to people. Anti Zionism is not antisemitism.

don't worry, i'm not bullied by you. for me to be bullied, you'd have to at least be factually correct.

ALL my content is available outside of curseforge, nobody is forced to go to that website. My old content is on sfs, newer content is on patreon. the cc i'm adding curseforge links to right now have so far been exclusively available on sfs, i'm just adding second links. So, there's your fucking alternative. but you clearly did absolutely zero thinking before coming into my inbox, otherwise you'd know that.

Event Suit Recolor

Hey everyone!

Today I’d like to share my recolor of the amazing “Event Suit”, made by @strangestorytellersims​ and @plazasims​! The mesh is so fantastic, but the colors didn’t really fit into my gameplay and the time that I’m playing so I made the shirt white, got rid of some of the embroidery and played around with colors and patterns a bit. I made 40 swatches that fit different settings.

You need the Mesh from SSTS!

Betsy Hair

hello!

I’m trying to fill that small void of custom content in between Simblreen weekends with this little creation. For us Victorian simmers, there is a serious lack of updos with a middle parting, and with this hair from eco lifestyle, i saw a chance, so I added the braid from the Vampires pack!

The hairstyle is BGC, comes in EA’s normal palette and is hat-compatible!

HIATUS

Hey y'all,

just wanted to let you know that it will be more quiet than usual on this blog.

I have to hand in my master thesis in 52 days, and that means while i'm not actively working on it, I'm freaking out about it. There's little to no time for making cc, and i especially don't have time to maintain and post them on the sharing sites (since that takes a ton of time).

So, until after Easter, meaning the beginning of April, no more posts on here.

Of course everything stays available, on patreon and a ton of stuff is also on curseforge.
