Man you ever think Mizi was always so kind and lively is because she was raised with kindness and (pet) love. Like when you see Mizisua, she is given so much toys and is pampered. Her owners even bothered to get her glasses, which i don't think many Aliens would bother doing so

Its important to let men into queer spaces regardless if theyre cis, straight, and/or allo.

By excluding every cis man, you are telling trans men they aren't real men

By excluding straight men, you're telling bisexuals to fuck off, that a man who is inside the closet can fuck off, or a man who hasn't realized/come to terms they're gay can fuck off

By excluding allo men, you're actively being against sex positivity or assume every man is a horny rapist

It doesn't matter if they end up not being Queer in any single way, we can't say we are inclusive if we won't allow someone who was assume isn't Queer based on the single fact they were born looking like a man. How would you know they are not in some way intersex either? I just hate seeing so many posts and spaces saying "NO MEN!" but if a man says "NO WOMEN" its suddenly a problem..don't double standard this shit. Anyone willing to enter a Queer space is already seen as a 'enemy' by the people who genuinely hate you.

ok moment to take a break from being logical about watcher, this really is a fucking shame. I grew up with their show and they just seemed like normal grounded guys and the fact they like..allowed such a shitty thing to happen to their brand, to their content??

if there's one think the watcher situation has shown me is not many ppl can see the gray area. Its always "wow capitalist losers" or "this is completely justified" its always important to like...see why they bothered to make decisions but criticize them in ways that make sense and try to support them while acknowledging its still not a good decision. Not just "its awful so THEY'RE awful now." "They can put everything behind a paywall its perfectly fine"

On one hand, I doubt Watcher is just trying to make money for the sake of money, they have a big staff for a small company that they need to maintain and they do actually need to pay so much to do the content they do, especially travel expenses and gear. So no they didn't suddenly become greedy, they're in desperate ways to get money to pay their workers and for all of them to get a decent living

on the other hand, it really is a shitty decision because it is blocking their entire content behind a paywall not everyone can afford especially those outside the US or working class, which most of their viewers are. Its the fact they didn't bother asking for feedback or give any type of warning before the announcement and didn't think while a subscription service can be profitable, would they make any numbers that matter because of all the viewers they cut off? Do the rewards outweigh the loss of viewership, the entire thing keeping them afloat?

tldr, its understandable why they look and need more revenue to keep making content because it isn't cheap or easily sustained on Youtube, but they could've explored other alternatives or have taken their viewers into considering that will make this Work.
