Just reblogging bc I never got back on track after this, but I’m trying to ease myself back in rn.
I can’t believe at one point I was eating 300-500 cal a day I can’t wait to get back to that point.
But rn I’m just trying to make sure I’m eating max my TDEE of 1500 and average about 800-900 cal. Hopefully in a few weeks I’ll be back to 300-500, I’m gonna try and update every day.
Not that I think anyone cares, just because it’s a motivator.
Before I started binging, I was at 111.5 lbs. literally 16 lbs away from my UGW. And now I’m 125lbs. 30 lbs away (: and that’s was only a few months ago.
I think some of it is water weight, I’ve not been able to poop properly to weigh myself yet either (sorry for tmi lmaoo). Buttttt yeah. I’ll try update every day.
Today I ate 1530 cal. :/

Anyway yesterday I started restricting again yesterday but also not really because I ate like 950 cal. I’m 18 hours into a fast now but I meal prepped for like 4 days so I’m gonna eat dinner so it doesn’t go to waste, but I’ll fast for atleast 2 hours more.
If anyone else has done this where you just fall off the wagon and don’t care at all about food for a period of time please let me know!! Bc I feel like I don’t have an ed or I’m faking it and idk what’s wrong w me ):
Anyway it feels like really good to be fasting again and hopefully back on track soonish..
