have you seen the new dune movies/have any interest in that universe? seeing paul join the fremen sietch made me think of your (absolutely awesome <3) eragon series, which in turn made me think of the fremen adopting and forced agere-ing him instead like in your series. which I suppose would be an overall happy ending for the universe since he wouldn’t cause billions of deaths then lmaooo (i do want to say i’m not trying to fish for a request; i just love the idea and wanted to share it since you’re my inspiration :D) anyway hope you’re having/had an excellent day!

I definitely need to watch those movies, because there's a Dune fanfic that I want to read.

I tried to watch the first one years ago, but it buffered on my TV and I gave up and just kind of forgot to try again, lol. But I will keep this in mind when I finally do see those! I'm really glad you liked my Eragon stuff. 😁

this is kinda a question inspired by a real life event, but how would druig and makkari comfort their little if they met there precious childhood friend and ended up getting into an argument over a disagreement that ended in their little barely holding back tears of frustration and hurt?

I'm sorry to hear it's inspired by real life!

I'd say they would both try to comfort and isolate you.

Makkari's attempts at comfort would take on a more bird's-eye-view, "You don't have to worry because your life will offer many positive interactions that outshine this negative one," and also she'd give you a small gift.

And Druig's attempts at comfort would initially lean more on the side of quality time, watching a movie or sharing a snack. And then once you seem calm, then he'll dip into more, "Humans can't be trusted. This is why we have to keep you safe, from other humans and from yourself," type stuff.

One Twilight fanfic that I don't think I've recommended here yet is "Be Careful What You Wish For", by The_Necroposter. I haven't actually finished reading it, but it's basically a Reality Ensues take on Bella becoming a vampire that I've found interesting so far.

I love you Eragon and Murtagh fics!! I keep rereading them. Would Eragon and Murtagh ever call Oromis dad? Like accidentally or eventually? I think it would be so interesting how the two of them would arrive at that situation especially because it would mean Murtagh was getting used to everything.

I think it would actually be more likely for Murtagh than Eragon! (And thank you so much!!)

I think the fact that Eragon hasn't really put forth any significant resistance and has been just effortlessly groomed into accepting his role means there isn't a lot pent up inside him. He's comfortable calling Oromis and Glaedr "ebrithil", and he accepts that their role as his masters entitles them to guiding him into this regressed state.

Murtagh is fighting it, and he's got a lot of suppressed stuff that has the potential to come out in all kinds of ways, so I can see a situation where he's arguing with Oromis, trying to fight the temptation to give in, and "Father" just slips out. He's horrified, and Oromis tries to soothe his humiliation.

"It's alright, little one. You've needed a father, haven't you?"

(And later on, if Murtagh does eventually give in, I think he would end up calling Oromis "Father" and just letting this be the closure for his dad trauma. Eragon remains comfortable calling Oromis "ebrithil", but maybe Oromis compels him to start saying "Father", too, just to make sure the family dynamic is symmetrical. Maybe all the elves are "mother" and "father" to them.)

Knowing Rosalie and Emmett as characters, Who are known to be rational, laid back and committed to their opinions, how do you plan on portraying them as Yanderes?

Two possibilities come to mind right away.

First possibility: They become the lesser of two evils. If there is another threat to their darling that is so extreme in its threat level that anything their latent vampire obsessiveness tempts them to do feels mild by comparison, there's a lot they can let themselves get away with. Especially if at first it's a matter of protecting their darling from the greater threat. If they have to break the seal on home invasion by breaking into their darling's house to protect them from an evil vampire or something of the sort, then suddenly breaking into darling's house in other circumstances feels less extreme.

Second possibility: Boil the frog. They start out playing it cool, then they think, "We can let ourselves do this thing, just once. It's not even morally wrong; it's just kind of unusual and taboo." (Like, peeking in a window. No one gets hurt if they're just peeking!) And then "just once" becomes a repeated thing, and so on.

Basically, I think their particular moral code is very based in there being a line they won't cross, so once the line has already been crossed, for any reason...well, that means the line is somewhere else, now, doesn't it? (Rosalie has killed humans, but she's never tasted human blood. That's where the line is for her, because she's killed people already.)

As far as how they are toward their darling, though, I think they remain the most normal of the Cullen family. They'll communicate and emote like normal people, and they'll show affection in normal ways; they just find themselves condoning/exhibiting more protective and stalkerish tendencies.

okay so for the marvel forced age regression Littles au, do you think all the marvel "parents" would forgive their Littles for cursing if they cursed as a fear response? Like say one of the other Littles bullies them because they learned they're afraid of snakes or something and chases them and their darling let's out a curse. Would they be upset enough to punish them for it or would they be more forgiving?

I'd say most of them would forgive it in that case, except Dr. Strange. Stephen would punish the bully and then be like "Did I just hear you curse? 🤨"

Drukkari and Sambucky would be more focused on getting their darling out of the situation and then calming them down, and Thenamesh and the Guardians of the Galaxy would get rid of the bully and possibly tease or belittle their darling afterward. (Well, Gilgamesh won't, but Thena will.)
