Naruto rushes over to Sakura and presents her with a birthday cake: It was a vanilla cake (from the box of course, he is not allowed to bake from scratch on his own) with pink cherry icing and it was decorated with edible cherry blossom petals.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAKURA CHAN!" Naruto huffed. "Made a cake!"

"Thank you Naruto!" Sakura gave the hokage a smile, accepting the box. "I'm sure the kids will be delighted."

"Hn? Ah, Tenten." The Uchiha in question raised his head, having also left the Uchiha Clan grounds to at least have the quiet soothing background chatter to join with his walk outdoors, despite having his own garden. He had a book in his hands, something with a green cover that was marked in place by one of the Uchiha's fingers. "Yes, I see you are too. How has your shop been....?"

With spring coming soon, Tenten was a lot more eager to go out and do things. She hated being cooped up in the shop all day with nothing going on and so she'd use any excuse to get out and get some fresh air. Right now for instance, she's walking through the park that has been renovated since the war. It was largely thanks to Ino and the Yamanaka clan, it was really a beautiful place to relax.

She was walking around observing the others around her taking advantage of the nice weather today. To her surprise, even Sasuke Uchiha was here. She didn't really peg him as a social butterfly but that would just be a premature assumption.

"Enjoying the good weather too huh." She greeted the Uchiha.

“Here, Dei.” Jiraiya offers a present about the size of a game board. It’s wrapped in santa hat paper with a gold bow. Inside is an assortment of clays in different earthy tones, they’re clays from different parts of the world. The different minerals from the earth made for unique colours.

Deidara's eyes widened,, the blonde's eyes lighting up with delight as he hugged Jiraiya with a poorly stifled grin,,,. "That's perfect,,, hm!! I've got to put this in the studio...." He threw a box covered with surprisingly neat and elegant indigo with wave pattern wrapping paper at the sannin; until it was turned over,,, revealing a... lot of tape,,,. Seems he tried,,, at least....

Inside was a folded hammock with frogs leaping all over the green fabric,,, some looking more like... ōgama than just regular frogs,,,.

be proud of your original characters. it's no easy task to create a character from scratch, to make them believable and real and human. it takes time. it takes dedication. so what if they aren't perfect right away? so what if there are still things you're only now figuring out after time? characters evolve, they go through changes and arcs and stories just like real people do. and it's okay if your character develops over time, you don't need to have it all figured out right away. there are some things that will only ever clear up after writing them for a while, finding their voice, and seeing the way they interact with other characters. but this is your character, your creation, and you deserve to feel proud about it no matter what.
