i’m worried about moving with my best friend to our new apartment next month and her being encouraged by my ed because it’s happened before, she notices i don’t eat as much and does the same.
of course i’m worried because i care about her and don’t want her to follow in my footsteps but also simply because i don’t want her to lose more weight than me. as selfish as this is, i want to be the skinny one. i want to do this on my own.
how fucked is that?

i’ve been so unmotivated and off track and in this plateau of gaining and losing the same 3 lbs, i’m over it and cannot let this start to me going back to my old ways, not before i’ve even reached my ugw, i refuse to start being weak and giving in, i’m going harder than ever the rest of this month. i’ve gone on this long, i can keep going.

that is OKAY. it’s ONE day. that doesn’t erase all of your progress. you deserve to treat yourself every now and then. millions of other people celebrated today enjoying sweets and treats and you know what? you deserve to enjoy it too. it’s just one day, tomorrow you can pick back up where you left off.
