like rn my mind is going:
“ok so if i eat exactly 700 cals every day for a month i’ll totally lose a bunch”

so i gained a little weight back over the weekend but i think it’s mostly bloating from alcohol, sodium and lack of sleep and i’m also pretty constipated so…..
sticking to 700 cals today, eating only super clean low carb meals and having lots of water and green tea to flush everything out
feeling very motivated for a new week and month

i think the biggest slap in the face with this disorder is you have to prove it to people. if you aren't bone thin , it means nothing. no one has to prove they have cancer or prove they are depressed , people take them for their word. no one says shit like "no you don't , you have hair !" or "that's impossible because you shower"
but we have to practically die before anyone spares a glance , and we're considered lucky if they even do.

i WILL lose 10 lbs by then
i WILL stick to 500 cals/day
i know it's gonna be hard, its gonna suck, ill have no energy, ill have to hide it and lie and feel like crap for a little bit but its so worth it
its worth a little bit of discomfort to get my dream body
id rather have it be temporarily tough than spend another halloween wishing i'd stayed dedicated
i will not feel fat in my costume
i will not regret the month leading up to halloween
this month choices ARE next month's body so i need to stop being a baby, suck it up, and get out of my own damn way

weekend recap
soooo i effed up this weekend, i went to NM for the national hot air balloon festival which was super cool but i stayed with my best friend’s hispanic family who show their love by making tons of high cal food and then it’s rude af to turn it down so i think i ate 1200-1500 cals both days even tho my goal was 700 so…..
this week’s plan is to be under 700 every day and closer to 400-500 if possible

Halloween has been dreadful the last three years. You dodged parties, cancelled plans last minute, blamed it on homework or strict parents.
All because your old body betrayed you everytime you went to put on a Halloween costume.
Your old body was cruel and selfish. It was surface deep, craving shitty chocolates over memories with your friends.
But you finally destroyed it this year. You stood up to your old body and you said ENOUGH.
And now look at you. Your costume fits perfect, hugging every slim inch of your body perfectly. It doesn’t squeeze you. There’s even room for a little bit of a alcohol bloat—hey it’s Halloween!
You did it this year. You conquered your old self and you’re going to own it this Halloween. You’re perfect. Those three years of wasting away inside are behind you and they are worth the entrance you get to make now.

exercise: 1 hour strength training + 30 min cardio
steps: 13212
today was okay, i’m super bloated bc i woke up with my period so that’s messing with my head and i’m not going to weigh in tomorrow. hopefully by the end of my period i’ll be feeling a lot better. tomorrow i’ll do a lot better
