I didn't watch the RT livestream, but I've heard the news.

Knowing that CRWBY is staying with the series AND that they've had talks with multiple potential partners gives me more hope than ever. I'm really happy that they're not giving up. I know nothing has been confirmed about V10 yet, but just knowing that it might happen after all makes me really happy. If they actually manage to pull it off, I will be forever indebted to them. RWBY has been a life-changing experience for me, and nothing would make me happier than to see it get the conclusion it deserves.

Stay strong, guys. We haven't lost yet!

CRWBY reassuring us that negotiations and talks have been going well and that they are in the process of finding a new home for RWBY makes me so happy. I think what makes me even happier was when talking about it on the stream they implied that it wouldn't be just a volume 10 thing and that there's a possibility for the show to go on past V10. Like they just sounded so positive about the whole thing and it makes me so happy to see that RWBY isn't going anywhere and that this story will continue.

Y’all, I still don’t think some of you understand how godsdamned important the blush and almost-hug scenes were for rosegarden as a whole.

Oscar is touch adverse. We’ve seen it time and time again. He doesn’t like to be touched, he flinches when he’s around rowdy people, he keeps a small distance from groups, he stiffens when people do touch him and pulls away as fast as possible, he automatically puts up a barrier whenever he thinks people are going to touch him.

But not this time.

No, Ruby touched his shoulder and he blushed. He blushed and didn’t flinch or stiffen or pull away.

And then later he tried to hug her.

Oscar has very rarely instigated physical contact, but the first thing he does when he saw Ruby again was to offer her a hug. Offer her a hug with the intention, and hope, that it would be reciprocated.

It’s a huge deal, enormous, and that’s why when they finally do get to hug, it’s going to be massively important to both of their characters, just as these two moments were.

They were buildup for a much larger moment, and when it happens, it’s going to be incredible.
