i thought that maybe i could change the diet to the other mother one bc the second day also as 600 cals a day and i wouldn't feel as bad... but it's still a failure u know, i'm a failure and this fucking sucks

i started the diet i posted last sunday :) today my goal was to eat 400 cals.
i skipped berrakfast and at 14:00 i had a salad ! it was very tasty <3 it was about 188 cals
after an hour or two i felt hungry again, bc i didn't put carbs in the salad so i didn't felt satisfied :/ so i had:
one gum:5cals and a black coffe:5cals SNACK=10CALS
then for dinner i had :
a vegan spinach burger: 98cals
a bit of salad that had half an avocado, tomato and onion: 125cals
grilled carrot: 27cals
a tablespoon of cream cheese: 12cals
whole plate: 263 cals
tw binging episode!!
UNTIL I ATE FUCKING PIECE OF CAKE
Since yesterday I had fasted, I felt that I deserved a little spoon of cake, that spoon became two and then another and another ... so until I had probably eaten a whole piece😭😭😭
I really feel like shit, i really want to vomit, I had eaten so well all day to throw everything to waste.
i googled the name of the cake and it had like 200cals which means that I went over my limit: ((
my real total: 621 aprox
atleast i learned something today! at the moment i see some junk food I'LL JUST START RUNNING AS FAST AS I CAN!!

i started fast yesterday at 10pm i think?? now i have dinner at the same time and my family is really bothering me about eating smth, do i have to skip the meal anyways or the day still counts?? helpp (btw sorry for my trashy english it's not my first lenguage lol)
