hey. so i haven’t been on here in forever cuz im in recovery. (yay!) so i was just wondering if anyone has advice bc since starting recovery i have been extremely, extremely constipated and bloated. my digestive system is kinda fucked i think so does anyone have tips ? like should i take laxatives or is that a bad idea

besties… i think i’m gonna recover:) i just had a huge burst of realization & motivation. i’m not gonna miserable like this and destroy my body when i can go even further and look better a healthy way. i just did a weight training workout, meal prepped for my dinner tonight and EATING A SNACK! YES A SNACK of a protein bar right now. imagine, being able to eat and having that help you towards your goal. i’m tired of feeling my heart skip beats, tired of feeling dizzy. i wanna be strong. i’m gonna TREAT MY BODY RIGHT and give it what it wants and needs in order to reach its full potential.

make ur cucumber taste better
make an asian cucumber salad:
only (approx.) 37kcals 
english cucumber
1tbsp rice vinegar
1/2tsp sesame oil
1/4tsp salt 
You can add a tbsp of sesame seeds if u want
slice and dice however u like
put it all in a mason jar/other container with a lid
shake it up welllllll to properly combine/evenly distribute ingredients 
then eat it immediately or keep it in the fridge for up to two days
makes ur cucumber taste like more than just fucking water

1/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup CAULIFLOWER RICE!
cook that shit and i seasoned w a shit ton of splenda, cinnamon and skinny syrup. u could also add whatever toppings u want:)
