I have a skinny girl in a bikini as my lock screen so every time I go on my phone I’m reminded what I wanna look like and my mum saw it but luckily she just thinks I’m a lesbian and not doing unhealthy dieting 😁
Okay, I NEED to know I’m not the only one, I feel like I can only loose weight if I eat nothing in a day, like I will eat something then feel the need to burn it off after, then I realise you can have something to eat in a day without putting weight on but like I still do it😅
Is there a specific amount of calories you guys eat in a day? I am just curious because I red that you can loose weight on 1200 calories a day and I also jog on the spot in my room (not outside cause anxiety said so🤪) everyday for a couple hours so I’m working out too
Wow, just finished crying my eyes out after realising I’m actually never going to love my body, and because of that I will never let anyone see me naked so I will never be in love and I’m depressed anyway so I’m feeling like what’s the point... it’s a shame because I think I have a pretty face I just don’t like my body and I’m not lazy I do exercise it’s just I have a bit of loose skin and I just feel like I will always be working out and eating like one meal a day and a snack and it’s just getting draining, I’m so tired yikes
