I liked to headcanon that, post Omen of the Stars, Lionblaze is really popular with the kits in the nursery and spends time in there when he can. I think Grandpa Lionblaze was especially popular with Ivypool and Fernsong's kits.

My Lionblaze hc is that he's bad at teaching fighting because it comes so naturally to him. He doesn't quite know how to explain it to a beginner because for him, it's so natural and instinctive. It just feels right to him in a way that others don't understand. He tries to be very gentle though since he loves his clanmates and is afraid of accidentally hurting them.

ok i know i said that i think he'd be decent in teaching but this is actually so much funnier to think about LMAO

au idea i like a medcat lionblaze with mudfur guiding him from starclan cause he was another warrior that turned into a medicine cat. i could see it being him fighting his destiny turning his power of bloodshed into saving people idk.

i think itd be cool if, along w mudfur, hawkheart and yellowfang decided to try and 'mentor' him too. maybe theyd be more encouraging to his decision, maybe not. its fun to think about :3c

ITS MA BDAY!!! u know what that means 😼 🎈🎈🎈 to change it up a bit from last year, what are some of you guys' more niche/lesser comon hcs about lionblaze? Or ideas/aus?

I'll start! been thinking a bit about a 'medcat' lion au where he switches to one after a particularly traumatic battle. But after a few moons he just feels that he's not that good at being one and decides to go back to being a warrior. what does this contribute to anything? Idk but I have a lot of stuff going on around in my brain about it 😭

#Mostly stemmed from me thinking abt how i like the warriors turned med cat thingie #and then about how figuring urself out is a messy process and that going back on your decisions shouldnt be an obstacle to what you really #want to be #or something #something something being able to control himself during battles- learning that he really likes the action but particularly hates the blood #-shed. its good exercise! and hes a 'descent' teacher. when hes not busy being self-centered #plus he retains a bit of med cat knowledge as a lil treat #the bday part of this post was just an excuse to ramble LOL but pls talk about my boy lion in my asks if u want 🥰🥰🥰 #ill answer em later after i get back from my classes!!!! #i speaku

whats the plan for if/when lionblaze finally keels over and dies in the current cannon of the books i know you dont keep up with them and i barely do but its gonna be such an end of an era dude i remember people making amvs about him while the books were being released wdym my boy is only 8yrs in cannon but its been 17yrs since the sight came out

god man. i honestly dont know. i think itd depend on what kinda death the erins will give him. the thought of him or jayfeather passing before squirrelstar or brambleclaw kinda fucks me over in the head in a way that is leaving me speechless LMFAO.

thinking about cinderlion kits and how hollytufts reaction to flywhisker and snaptooth leaving to become kittypets was to aggressively call them traitors
