Brownie and Oreo are enjoying the alfalfa. They went a couple days without, eating localgrass instead, until we could get more. I think yheyre happy to have their usual diet back.
I don't think, as an Ashkenazi Jew, that it's wrong for you to like the goblincore aesthetic or call yourself a goblin, it's anti-semitic for you to play into the anti-semitic caricatures.
However if you are a Jew, your interaction as a Jew to Goblincore is already nuanced, and you are reclaiming caricatures.
If you are goyim, you should be careful of how you think of Goblins and see how that aligns with negative stereotypes of Jews. Wanting to be a cool fae who plays with mud and likes mushrooms is okay, it's when goyim joke about stealing gold and doing crime and being a nasty green man that I really take an issue with it because of my personal interactions with anti-semitism.
Also, if you are goyim and a Jew tells you what you are doing is anti-semitic, then maybe listen.
Overall, I don't think goblincore at it's very core is an anti-semitic thing. It's when goyim perpetuate negative stereotypes of Jews via goblincore that I have an issue.
If your Goblin looks like this rethink why.
I'm Jewish and I'm a fan of goblincore. I think the difference is that these traits of being a little bastardman aren't considered negative, and they're considered traits that everyone should have, not that one group of people are greedy.
